good food...really enjoyed going there

Part of a restaurant is having a clean restroom to clean yourself up before sitting down to eat. Your bathroom is so disgusting it made me want to leave, but we’d already ordered. Then I asked for double fries and received a coleslaw instead. I returned to the counter and the lady took it back and rinsed the container off in a sink and put it back in the cooler to reserve to another person. I can honestly say that this experience is my last one with this company. Good luck

My food was ice cold out of the drive through. When I went in to fix it, it had to be one of the dirtiest places that I've ever walked into. It looked like they had not swept or wiped anything down in years. The steele shelves in the kit hen, which can be seen from the dirty counter, are stained and filthy. I was cautious and sad that I'd already eaten some of the food I ordered. We spent about 40 bucks on food and after seeing g the kitchen and inside of the restuarant, Its 50 bucks in the trash. I would not reccomend eating here if you care about sanitation practices. The restroom was the cleanest part of the restuarant and it was also quite dirty. Skip it.

Picture says it all… a 3 piece TENDERS for 8.99 you’re better off going to a different chicken spot. The toast in fries are okay though. Probably won’t come back.

Management/Cashier/Customer Service whatever she is to the business was rude(Leslie B.) We ordered a 5 piece and got 3 piece she asked to show we did and still had an attitude how was the other 2 pieces going to be ate that quickly when we just sat down from asking for a form? Even slightly through the wings towards the plate. Asked for a fork and she stated she had placed one but i wouldnt ask for one if it was in the bag. This was my first and last time coming here. First you're worker throw my bag at me across the counter verse handing it me. Then my sandwich was so soggy it was eatable. Not to mention her throwing it didn't make it any better the sauce was all the bag. My fries were ice cold, if this is how you treat you're customer probably why I never came in. Lastly you're parking lot is too dark at night you need lights on the outside of the building. Probably why you're drive thru line is so long with it been so dark you look closed. And it's very unsafe to be that dark anything could happen.

My instinct is to call first because it can be a lot more efficient than back-and-forth But when I really think customer service is spikes my frustration, I find social media to be the best remedy. I have been a long-standing customer from the time I moved in this area and I frequently Zaxby’s on day that I don’t want cook because my kids love it. I have been ordering this combination for quite some time I get a 10 piece half no sauce and half with sauce but today the young man told me no he can not do it and I will have to pay more if I want it that way and order five wings separate to get no sauce and five wings separate to get sauce?????? I am in the car with two toddlers that are screaming because they want the chicken wings and now after standing in the long line waiting in the long line I am denied the food I usually purchase at this location I have to figure out something to my kids for lunch. I then tried to call to speak to a manager and ask how I was able to purchase the same combination before and if in fact the young man knew what he was talking about but I have yet to get in contact with anyone. Very unprofessional I’m so unhappy with the service that I am not going to give them anymore my business and my circle is very big… I would think that they would be more accommodating seeing that is not anything out of the way that I’m asking for but they don’t care to lose customers or money I don’t care to purchase things for people who don’t have common courtesy or customer service professionalism or willing to accommodate their customers with something so simple..

I stayed in the drive through for 22 minutes, placed my order for a grilled chicken salad, got to the window and they didn't have grilled chicken, plus the lettuce and tomato salad was $6.I asked why didn't they say that at the drive through (I waited behind 3 cars to find out I had no order).Very disappointing!

Would give this location no stars if I could. I have visited this location several times over the last few weeks and the staff is very rude and slow. Order was wrong every time!!! My final time going here they forgot the chicken fingers in the kids meal! No apology from the store manager who only said “ I have teenagers working here they don’t pay Attention “. Whoever owns this store needs a whole new staff!!

Great establishment and they try very hard but their wings are just not my preferenceI want to say this in the most professional manner the service was excellent the people are very kind but the wings this did not sit well with meSorry
