I have been craving Chinese food in the Mansfield. I decided to try Wok N Roll, again. I ordered the lunch Hunan Chicken, it was disgusting. No flavor even after loading with Soy sauce and any other sauce I could find. After finding what suppose to have been chicken among all the cold vegetables wasn't sure what kind of meat it was. Didn't taste like any chicken I have tasted. Fried rice no eggs and sticky. It was greasy and I have never had greasy Chinese food. Need to find a good chinese resturant in my area.
Soggy mess. This is my third time ordering from this place. I thought I had found my favorite Chinese place but, unfortunately, this time I was highly dissatisfied. The 2 previous times the chicken was slightly crunchy, this time was a soggy mess. All the batter was falling off the chicken. Disappointed.I guess back to Panda Express.
I have been ordering mostly delivery from Wok n Roll quite frequently for the last 4 years and the last time was very disappointing. I don’t want to bash them for one bad experience but I would like for them to take notice and ensure their food/service doesn’t begin to decline. We ordered four dishes and two of the four were inedible. I mean to the point that I called to complain (which I never do). The manager was very accommodating and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. The Spicy Crispy Chicken replacement was great, fresh and hot unlike the first order which arrived EXTREMELY overcooked. However, the chicken wings that used to be the best in town (honestly they were crispy and well seasoned every time), are now greasy, soggy and smaller in portion size. I was greatly disappointed. I hope they return to their previous high standards.
Good choice for Chinese food.... Food was enjoyable, order was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Everyone from the person taking the order on the phone, to the delivery driver were pleasant and professional. A+
I've been ordering either pick up or delivery for at least 15 years, maybe longer. I've only had a couple of disappointments over that time. Portions are very large, you definitely get what you pay for. The food is always very hot and stays that way for a while as i eat. I usually order pork fried dumplings with the dinner, with both I can easily get 2-3 meals out of it, I sometimes order an extra egg roll (which are v.good) for the leftovers. The employees I've come across are always very nice, and I'm glad good Chinese food is about 3-4 minutes away, both are a plus!

This is some of the best food in town! I have been eating here for more than 20 years and we always have perfect food! If you love asian food this is the place to go!!!
