Use to be a great Wingstop when Gustavo ran it. Today, they are awful. When I order extra crispy and even beg the person the phone to make sure the cook knows “EXTRA CRISPY” and I get soggy wings, it’s unacceptable. Has happened the last 7-8 times I have gone. It’s like they take it as a recommendation not a request. This particular Wingstop has lost my business.

Horrible experience. If I could have given a No Star then that would have been my rating. The management at this location is very unprofessional. My son ordered for delivery and was told his food was picked up by Doordash. Well he never received his order. They don't take ownership for anything and insisted it wasn't a Wingstop problem. The manager didn't want to come to the front ro speak with me either. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

No fun--please hope that there are no missing items in your delivery order because if there are you will be caught in the gears between Wingstop and Doordash trying to resolve the problem. A few items were missing from our order. We called the store. The store told us we needed to call Doordash. We called Doordash. Doordash tried to reach the store but was unable and had me call Wingstop back. The store said they would issue a refund in 2-3 business days, but only after almost 45 minutes on the phone between each of the businesses and in the end we still needed to make alternative arrangements for the missing dinner items. It was our first time at this store and not a good customer experience at all.

I used to order from this WingStop weekly for my kids and I. Lately, this WingStop has become anti-customer though. My last attempted order was over the phone. The young lady would answer after a 5-6 minute hold and say "Thank you for calling WingStop, please hold" and place me back on hold.My phone was on speaker and after the 5th or 6th time that this happened; she fumbled the hold and heared my loud "Jesus Christ!" After which I heard an "Um" then the click of a disconnect. So 27 minutes of multiple put on holds then hung up on....I tried online as well but the option to pay at the restaurant was removed by this store. I can only imagine people got tired of the poor service with long waits so they did this to try and plug a hole in their sinking ship.

Very disappointed.We hadn't been to Wingstop in quite some time and decided that, for a change of pace, we would order some wings for the game.Our order was missing items, but when attempting to contact the store, no one answers the phone. Now, mind you, we didn't just make a single attempt. Thinking they just might be busy, we tried for almost two hours to contact the store, but no answer.And worst of all, who dilutes bleu cheese dressing??? This was all by white water with grains of white sand!I understand that correlation does not equal causation, but one could make the argument that this Wingstop doesn't care or is acting with intention.

This location has gone down hill!! Bad quality wings. Fries taste like they were cooked the day before with little to no seasoning and to make it worse they were hard, crunchy and some were stale. A complete waste of $20 and 45 min of waiting! Never thought I would have to say this about Wingstop smh.

I ordered thighs cause I've never tried them before. I ordered plain and this is what I got. Disappointed.

The walk in wait was :45 or longer. Three of the 5 customers were waiting longer. One other group was waiting over an hour as their pick up order was also wrong. (Ended up going to another location). This location in my opinion has been going down hill for a while (over several years), my pick up orders of bone in wings have been way over cooked each time. I notice when at home, it's too much trouble to go back, and wait, for correction

Disappointed with the level of service. Order took way to long (40-45 mins) during my time there, no acknowledgement from the cashier to check on my order. Several upset customers, some even asking for refunds due to the quality of the food & handling/cooking. Cashier said Manger out until tuesday. Please get some management in there. I can't blame the employees, there's no leadership in this location. Shocked to see this poor service from WingStop. First time to buy WingStop at this location.

This used to be pretty good. I should have checked the reviews lately. We threw 3/4 of the food out. Stale, hard, boneless wings. My manganero had so little sauce that my first two were plain. Fries were off. Not worth the calories. Wingstop as a rule isn't bad, but this particular one was way off expectations. I wonder what changed.
