My order will be ready in 18-23 minutes, exactly how long it takes to get there, took 20 minutes after I showed up and asked for my order to get my food.The teenagers are in the back laughing it up, already closing the place down though they didn’t close for another 90 minutes.I work in restaurants. It’s hard. It sucks. But it’s only worse when you have nothing but kids who don’t want to be there or need a job.They went from handling a mop to tossing my fries with no gloves or hand washing in between. They were cold so I didn’t eat them anyways but.. I can’t imagine what other disturbing things management allows here.Won’t be returning to any wing stop since there are plenty of fried chicken spots here.Update-just got sick after eating the wings.

This location is so terrible the food is never done no matter how much you ask them for well done the fries are always cold and they pile seasoning on the top. I’ve tried numerous of times to give them another opportunity but NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location. Please go to the second location in Mansfield because you will waste money every single time here. And it’s a bunch of kids who could careless about your food or money. One time the corporate office sent us a 10.00 gift card after we spent like 75 for dinner

My fiancé was wanting to try the glaze and blaze wings, but I was unable to order them off of DoorDash. In order to try to get them delivered, I called Wingstop. I asked what needed to be done in order to get them. As I was speaking to the girl that answered the phone, I could hear that she was trying to get the information from someone else. In the background I hear “ oh we don’t do that. That’s not our problem.” I asked that if I gave her the name of the order and clicked a different sauce if she could replace it. She said Yes. So I go ahead and I order the wings. I called after I ordered just to confirm that they would give us the glaze and blaze sauce. She said “I will write it on the receipt so the cooks will see it. When it got to my house- the order was wrong. I ordered i extra crispy flats they gave us ten (not complaining) but none had the blaze and glaze sauce. I had also ordered 6 bone in wings for my daughter- they came boneless. I called about the sauce for the blaze and glaze specifically since I had already spoken to them twice. I spoke to the same lady I had twice before- she said that they didn’t give it to us because the cook said it was nasty and customers kept asking for refunds… so they gave us a different kind. I told her I understood that it wasn’t her fault and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager he confirmed what the lady had said about customers not liking them and so they changed the order… after already telling me that the cooks didn’t see the note and that they were busy.. he then told me that He cooked them… all in all- I’m frustrated because I spent nearly 45 dollars for an order that was wrong. The cook/manager did say that I could come pick up the correct wings. I denied it because honestly I didn’t feel like getting back out. I paid door dash extra so I wouldn’t have to leave my home. The fact of the matter is that the service was ridiculous. If they were no longer providing that sauce- fine. Be honest about it. Don’t waste our time. Do better with customer service.

Good wings. Good flavors. Slower than the quoted time when online ordering, but most of the time pretty good. Military, don't forget to ask for your 10% discount in-store. One star removed for the consistently lengthy untimely food. I would like to see this corrected either by extending online estimates to be realistic or speeding up store to get reasonably close to quoted time frame. 10 minutes late is too much.

Service at this location was a bit slow but the food was good..

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. It’s horrible and getting worse. A bunch of kids running the place, new crew, and overall terrible experience. I will have to switch back to a different location. I order extra well and my wings are never. I just sent order back. Pluckers was an option but decided to give another chance

Ordered food from this Wingstop E. Broad branch and they failed to deliver the correct order for the second time. Called them to get a refund for what they failed to deliver but the owner or manager was rude instead of apologizing for their mistake. You do not know what business means and definitely will not make business with you. You failed

Horrible horrible horrible. They have teenagers working with know direction the fries was soggy in grease I called in my order and still waited 30mins when I got there. My wings were still cold. I got some extras burnt chicken tenders I didn't order. Just bad

The worst Wingstop I’ve ever visited. Apparently the staff does not care about the food going to customers. Fries were completely burnt. When I called in the young lady hung up on me. Worst food and service

Took a hour to get my food can't even eat them no more cause my lunch brake was over I'm highly upset wings take 12 to 14 min max .filtering should be done as soon as employees get into work or right before closing time not before lunch time better training needs to be addressed staff looked completely confused ....8 years experience so I know what's good
