This location is toooo slow!!! I have tried to give this location a 2nd and 3rd try but the fail every time! DRIVE THROUGH @ 8:15AM Ordered Breakfast Platter with a side order of pancakes. I was put in a 2nd line and still waited 7 mins. it was not extremely busy and they had 1 Lady collecting payment and delivering the food. Management rethink how to get your customers in and out in a timely manner, it will be another year before I return.

Waiting for your Whataburger order is as normal as breathing. This isn’t McDonalds; the people who complain about long wait times don’t eat here enough. The gentleman behind the counter provided great service and the team in the back is definitely doing the best they can on a Sunday morning.

The gentleman behind the cash register, Alex had outstanding customer service. My family and I were traveling from out of town and asked for large order including 15+ items and he was communicative on the progress of the order the whole time. I would definitely come back to this location, and I to be honest I wasn’t a huge fan of Whataburger until now.

A decent Whataburger location. They have always been fairly consistent and rarely get my order wrong. The drive thru and dining area can be very slow at times, especially at night. Other than that I have little complaints. Whataburger's food is delicious and is pretty high quality in terms of fast food burger joints.

They really need to shut this location down. I went through the line yesterday and omg. I had the longest wait but my food wasn't even hot. The fries were soggy and not even hot. My burger was warm. I remember when I had a long wait at whataburger but my food would be hot. Now this long wait is just a joke.

Horrible waiting times and orders are always wrong. I waited 1 hour last time for my online order and every single meal was incorrect. You will wait at least 30 minutes for curbside pickup. I gave up on curbside pickup a long time ago because I would have to go inside every single time to get them to start my order. They only seem to care about drive thru. Most whataburgers are great and some are hit or miss. This one is a miss every single time.

I can't speak for the store on average, but right now they seem to be struggling with manpower issues. The few people that did show up to work at this place the couple of days I've been here in the last week are scrambling and running around as best they can while the store is staying surprisingly busy. They did get my order wrong the first time I went there this week but the manager came out and quickly rectified the issue on his own. I'd say they at least earned the three-star review but I honestly can't give them any more than that at this point.

I am going to stop going to this location.When I order on the app, they always tell me to pull forward...but when I get to the window, they try to charge me for the order of whoever was behind me because they didn't start MY order or enter it into the computer.I cannot remember a single time that they did not get something wrong on my order.And today I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before they took my order.Horrible service. I'll burn an extra $5 in gas to go to a different location. I don't care.

Placed order and only 1 car ahead of us waiting at the window. 16 minutes later, I was asked if I had paid. I showed my receipt and advised what I had ordered. Approximately another 5 minutes and food was at the drive thru window. Not sure what was going on. I had 2 hamburgers and fries.

From where I live these two what a burgers are extremely slow. Also everytime...every single time our fries are always little to nothing! Always! This is ridiculous and sad! Please do better for your customers this is completely unacceptable!
