If there was a contest for worst fast food restaurants this place would win. Gas is at historic highs, and these clowns think your going to wait 45 minutes to a n hour for sub par food? They never have more than 3 people back there. They refuse to pay more than the minimum, so the help don't hang around long. Old greasy cold French fries, burgers on cold untoasted buns.
I gave the Mansfield Whataburger one last chance tonight, and that was it. Drinks had NO ice at all, and my order was totally wrong.
My wife and I eat regularly at Whataburger because we are on the road a lot. We have come to love the hamburgers because they’re always very tasty and fresh. This particular Whataburger, on the other hand, has got problems…..it’s not very clean and our food was cold today. Whataburger corporate needs to reach out to this particular branch and make some changes clearly it is casting a dim light on their great reputation.
Service at this location is slow - always slow. Service is not a priority. Last week I ordered a Kids Burger Meal. I ordered at 1:02pm, got it at 1:25pm. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. At 1:15pm, I called the number while being "boxed" in the drive-thru. They picked up and claimed the lead vehicle at the window was having car trouble. As soon as we hung up, both the lead and vehicle behind it moved out. When I got to the window and inquired again, the clerk smirked like she couldn't tell me why I had to wait 23 minutes for a kids meal. She looked over her should like she was looking at the Manager and couldn't tell me. Was free food being given out? What type of deal was happening? I was hesitant to even order there because of slow service before. Should have followed my gut. Plus, lacking any kind of empathy regarding the 23 minute unexplained wait just further irritated and ticked me off. Emailing Corporate/Regional also.
This is the second time I've ordered using the app for curbside pickup and it was pretty terrible. I told the app I'd arrived and which stall I was in, then proceeded to sit there for 23mins. I called in and the person who answered the phone yelled questions at me then proceeded to yell at someone else, who yelled back his answers. Someone finally emerged from the restaurant with my order. I asked if that meant the food had just been sitting there all this time and if the food would therefore be cold. He assured me it wouldn't be since he had just put the fries in the bag. Needless to say the food was cold and dry.
I wasn't given customer service that as I customer I deserved. I had to drive off since no one came to the drive thru window to acknowledge me. I sat there about 15 minutes. I had to leave as a courtesy to the customers behind my car. The lines was long. Rating is zero. ?
I've frequented Whataburger for most of my life. The food has always been some of my favorites. Today I got a Whataburger with cheese meal with a large diet Dr Pepper. I must say that restaurant 113 in Mansfield TX used to be my favorite, but after many recent visits I have to say the speed of service has been challenging at best. I sat for over 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I plan to continue frequenting this location but would love to see the crew from 2-3 years ago. Especially the manager, who was great with customer service. Lastly my food tasted great but the soda was regular not diet. I'll update my feedback if this changes.
Horrible every time lately. I’m assuming they got new management or something. Overcooked, cold, takes forever, order is never right. Whataburger used to be so good but it’s hard to find a decent one these days ?
The “manager “ at this location called me a d*** and ***hole! I had been waiting for a half hour in the drive thru ordered my food and asked for ketchup. She said she didn’t have any, so I asked if she was joking with me . She told me she would not serve me and said I have to ask the person behind me to move so I could get out. I finally got out of the line and called the store. She picked up and said she was the manager and continued to cuss me out and say she would never lose her job. We will see. Very rude and slow customer service. Do not recommend this location.
I don’t think I’ve had a good experience here in over 3 years. Easily the worst Whataburger in the area. Don’t go to this whataburger unless you are wanting to wait over 30 mins for a subpar burger that half the time is made WRONG. I ordered curbside service today at 3:20 and only just received my food now at 3:53. The restaurant is empty and they have maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Absolutely unacceptable.
