This may be the worst service by a restaurant anywhere. There’s a bunch of young kids running this place. They don’t pay attention and are cracking up the whole time. One of them was eating while taking drive thru orders at the window. They go all of our orders wrong and it didn’t seem to bother them at all. Even the corrected orders where still wrong. We ended up just leaving.
I attempted to order ahead for mobile pickup because we were in a rush. When I arrived and clicked the button saying we were here, nothing happened. We sat there for over 20 mins in the pick up spot. I went inside and they hadn’t even started making it yet. They then rushed to get it done and ended up giving me someone else’s order which they had to chase me outside to tell me. I go back inside and wait some more and then get the food finally, go home and discover that they put cheese on the dairy allergy meals which had been specifically customized to be no cheese!
My cashier was Maribella and when I pulled up to the window they just started at me got about 3 minutes while eating fries with the same hands they handle the money with and no gloves while preparing my order. I knew it was bad service when even the manager was just waking around without greeting a person. They just gave me some food after awhile and closed the window without and ofc the order wasn’t made right.
Went here today and ordered the chili. We were driving away and found out that the chili was ice cold, so we brought it back. Once they handex it back we checked the cup it felt hot but when I actually went to eat the chili it was luke warm in the middle. Super unacceptable to return the same food and just put it in the microwave. Definitely a health and safety concern.
Employees do not respond to drive up. The light is turned off on the drive through you should order from. Other behind me driving off. This Wendy's on Broad needs a supervisor to just come watch outside the night crew.

Poor food quality, consistency, and silly mistakes by the cooks. Even spoke with the "local manager" twice, who said she wanted me to come in while she was there to "make it right" and have it "be her treat" but she only worked like 2-3 days a week, so I never met her.Big surprise: Nothing ever changed even after those conversations.Please close down...so another restaurant can move in and try to do better. Yeah, I know it'll be fast food and we have too many of those already, but anything is better than this sub-par Wendy's.
The food was really good! Nice and hot I got a Chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade yum The cashier however was very snippy and rude. There were 4 other guests in there and we all kept looking at each other, like we couldn't believe her. One said I think she's got problems...no kidding... I'd give the food a 4 but dealing with her was not fun 1 for service. We wanted to get a frosty after our meal but decided against it because we didn't want to deal with her again!!
Absolutely disgusted!!!Not only was the wait ridiculous long but while waiting at the window one of the employees was eating fries in the open, dipping her fries in a large silver container, that look to be for public use. I’m sure that has to be some sort of health issue. We ended up throwing out the food. They are also rude and the order was wrong, but hey they looked like they were having a great time. We will NEVER return.
This is the worst Wendy's ever honestly I wish they would just shut it down. At the speaker we waited 5mins and had to say hello then she took our order then got to the window another 10mins just to get a 10 piece nuggets and watched the kid standing around and laughing and on her phone when we know there where 3 cars behind us (2 cars drove off) and one is stuck at the speaker not being helped because we can see her and hear them. This is absolutely out of control looks like they have no adults manger to babysit those kids.
