Ate here for dinner tonight. One couple left as we were coming in, making us the only customers. 3/4 of the tables were dirty and remained that way the entire time we were there.My wife's and my orders were wrong, only our sons order was correct. The bill was wrong, the food was mediocre at best.We used to enjoy this location and the waitress seemed like she was trying, maybe not trained well.
Well , I usually enjoy this place been since I can remember, however I went this morning sat where I selected to sit 7:03a.m got greeted , ordered sweet tea ,and placed my order….. 7:11 came along still nothing on grill , and still (no drink) so I turned said make it a coke to see her on her phone disregarding waffle burning so it w, then cook cusses out morning cook , cause he is tired , other cook isn’t sweating anything , and other customers placing orders and etc so I cancelled it all maybe just wasn’t my day to enjoy ole school breakfast, so I went to their Competitor and rival breakfast place and got served
Food was great, staff were amazing! BUT manager was disgustingly rude to the employees and it was absolutely inappropriate especially infront of all the customers!
It was good but not as good as the location on Little. The grits here weren't as creamy and I asked for a soft scramble egg which was hard scrambled. The waffle was soft cooked/luke warm and I had expected hot and crispy. Disappointed
Only taking dine in orders is unacceptable, it would be different if you could actually accommodate a large number of people, but you don't have the space to do so. I literally have to go to the belt line location everytime I want Waffle House, and I live 3min away from the Mansfield location.
Food was cold, customers smoking weed in their cars in the parking lot, and other customers inside that made other patrons very nervous. You could also tell the servers weren't happy, just not sure if it was because of the clientele or they just didn't want to be there. Wasn't that way before, definitely going down.
Since we were on vacation looking to buy a house, we came across this Waffle House. I was disappointed with this location. This was the first place we actually ate at in the morning from arriving on the last delayed flight. We dined here middle of the month January 2022.They were really busy. We didn't mind if we had to wait but we got to sit at the counter. A guy led us to the counter and he cleaned it for us. Our server was really nice and did refill my coffee. However, the food was not what I expected. I've been to Waffle House in different States but this was the worst. The cooks seemed disorganized. One guy kept telling out the order to them. The food just sat on the line where they keep the food. Our food was cold by the time we got it. The bacon tasted really old. My husband's food wasn't worth taking a picture of. I did take a picture of mine since I like to show you what I ordered and what I tasted. My husband told me to try his food because his bacon tasted exactly like mine. I declined cause I didn't want to get sick if it was old and I'm only in Texas for a week.We didn't eat all of our food. I should've taken the picture of what we had left on our plate.I may try this location again if we are in Mansfield when we return in a week.
Im here right now and the girls working the front are throwing plates around with a toxic attitude. Cursing and making the atmosphere heavy and uncomfortable. Don’t know if she the manager or the manager is hiding in the back. Really bad experience. Won't come back here again.
This location has always been one of my go to spots but tonight really disappointed me. After getting off work I decided to stop here to pick up some food. I called ahead so I could just pick up but no one answered. I figured they were busy since it is a pretty popular location. Anyways I get here and it is dead besides two groups sitting in the booths on the left side and as I walk in I realize that the workers had blocked off the right side of the restaurant with chairs. There were four workers doing absolutely nothing but sitting down and blasting their music on a speaker. NONE of them acknowledged me. There was one girl attending the two groups sitting on the left side and I figured maybe she would atleast acknowledge me or even just say “We’ll be with you in a moment” but nothing. I stood there waiting for maybe 5 minutes before I ultimately decided to leave because at that point I realized they did not want nor were they interested in my business. I have never left a review before but I guess there is a first time for everything.
At 11pm, the service should have been faster than it was, very disorganized kitchen. My hashbrown bowl had burnt bacon (blackened), which made everything taste burnt. Coffee was the only thing worth having.
