The food was good, I think I'll go to a different location next time though. The evening crew was a little out of hand and not really paying attention to their job.I understand goofing off at work and all, but they completely forgot an order that I placed, locked the doors without letting us know where they wanted us to put the plates (we sat directly outside the main door) and basically just looked like a bunch of kids on recess. The outdoor seating is really nice, although I'm not sure if the areas are separated by restaurant or not, they have some misters, music outside, a nice gazebo for a larger group or family and it's dog friendly which is awesome! The parking lot around the back is big too, so plenty of parking.
This is a hidden gem right here, truly amazing and I mean Beautiful site to relax and enjoy the views. The burgers itself was really juicy and soft (the I got was the “big Tex”). The fried pickles were fluffy with the pickles being sour. What’s special about this is the pickle barrel they have, where you can go to this big tub of pickles and take some. They have sour and sweet, atomic, and I believe butter milk. Great hidden gem. Recommend for a nice evening.
The millionaire burger. When she showed up with her top off it felt inappropriate.. but eating with a fork and knife felt classy.Half way through this thing the bottom bun's integrity was compromised. Only then did its true value reveal itself.. to capture the savory goodness flowing with in. There's nothing more American than cheddar cheese, mushrooms and bacon on a burger.. but the crispy onion and truffle aoili sauce make it a match in heaven. The fried pickles merely served as a flavor reset and an unwanted distraction from the burger. The staff was welcoming and volunteered suggestions as I was a first time customer.. but I'm glad I went with my gut on this one. I definitely would like to try more from this franchise.?
Not sure what Twisted Root the 5 Star Reviewers are frequenting-If I had to guess (Employee Reviews or Review Service Provider), but I saw no tables being bussed and definitely no Sanitization in the entire customer side of the restaurant. Can only imagine what happens behind the counter! Outside trash is not cleaned off of the tables nor patio area and bathrooms were no better! It is a shame, because it is such a cool location. And why do we have to tip when we wait forever in a line, order our own food, & clean off our own tables to be able to sit down. I feel sorry for the staff. They are obviously doing their best-but dealt a no-win situation. Best of luck! Hope you take this Review and work on all of it.
Much better at the restaurant. Ordered from Uber eats and they weren't that great. Family of 4 with a couple beers ran $70. Nice atmosphere.
Was excited to finally get to try out this burger place. Sorry to say we were super disappointed. Everything from the fries, pickles, and burgers were extremely salty. Even the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was salty and barely spicy. We are talking Tabasco level of spice. The cheese on the cheese fries was hard and close to inedible. The milkshakes weren't bad, at least not salty. I apologize for the salty review but it's the truth.
Place was great for a first time. Went with a buddy but I don't remember what I got lol. Just look at the pictures. They apparently have their own sodas but sometimes the flavor runs out.
The food is great but a bit on the pricy. They have basically a pickle bar with 5 different kinds. They have 3 house dressing which was very good. The hamburgers are nice and juicy.
Amazing service! Great staff! And an amazing atmosphere! Met the sweetest kid named Griffin!
Great food. Great service. Tonia at the front so much fun and fast. She knows the menu to answer any questions. Love the atmosphere. They did this right! Bar located inside. Fun outdoor seating. Brewery opening right next door!
