Randomly stopped in to this location because Torchy’s was my favorite in Fort Worth but I wasn’t aware there was a location in Mansfield. I just wanted to give one of your employees, Collin a round of applause. It was very busy when I stopped in and Collin made sure I was taken care of. He even got me a refill that I wasn’t expecting and took the time to talk to me for a second about some common interests. Great experience, great service.
As an active duty member, off time consists of letting loose just a bit. Typically, food included is always a plus. I visited for the first time to check it out and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the service from staff and all items, - food and beverage - ordered. Thanks to Colin the manager, "Torchy's Tini" beverage became my favorite! It doesn't stop there. Conversation and feeling of being welcomed and just hanging out was spectacular. Employees like him make restaurant visits so much more fun. Just an overall outgoing, witty spirit. 15/10 Recommend him for your visits. yes, visits. His customer service and the atmosphere defined what a restaurant should be like. thanks, Torchys!

Delicious tacos! Wait was very long, but it was a Friday night.
The tacos and queso are very good but the burrito leaves room for improvement. The prices are reasonable. Angelina who took our order could use improvement in customer service. It would be nice for the person taking our order to help us with the menu and pay attention while giving our order versus talking with friends behind the counter.

The one in Arlington is Great!!!! But the one in Mansfield the beef is slightly burned and dry this my 3rd time coming and my last will drive To Arlington from now on. Cook needs training
I frequent the South Arlington location and always have a great experience. We have given this location chances and each and every time, there is something wrong. The last 3 times the queso was cold, the chips have been stale, and there's at least one thing wrong with our tacos. Very disappointing
Met torchys expectations. Good service and good food. There was a lot of cheese on my tacos, but overall good experience.
