Good Steaks, excellent service & hardly any wait time..
We joined the waiting list online, says 25 to 35 minutes to be seated. 30 minutes later we had our server katie, she took us to our table, served the drinks and took our order, 20 minutes we got the amazing cooked to perfection steaks. All in all was amazing. The service by Katie, the food by the kitchen, the bread by the bakery. Add it to your list now, thank me later.
I have got to commend the waitress! Our waitress was absolutely awesome! The staff is hustling and do a very good job attending customers. Pro tip* the fried mushrooms are not on the menu but you can order them. We joked that we ended up with a sampler because we got some fried pickles and a piece of chicken mixed into our basket!The food was so good...those rolls are always worth the wait!
The food is always consistently great at Roadhouse! Totally enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak, hot bread and cold drinks. Our server was Bree and she was outstanding. Bree was so kind, attentive and quick. Probably the best server we have had at this location, that’s saying something as we have always received great service.
Wonderful! Wonderful service. Probably the best I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. Our server Danica gave wonderful service, made sure we were always given what we wanted. When she heard it was my sister's birthday, she only made the experience that much better! The food also turned out great! Best steak and ribs I’ve had in a minute!
I just finished here at the Texas Roadhouse in Mansfield. This was my first time here and it was absolutely incredible. It’s my little sister’s birthday and she had a blast. The staff was nothing but wonderful. It looked busy, but we got in right away. Our server, Danica, made it an incredible experience. She was very charismatic and made the experience enjoyable. She lived up to her word and was truly the loudest birthday singer, I’m sure the entire restaurant heard her. She deserves praise and a raise.
This was our first time here, we were celebrating my dads 73rd bday. Jess was our server and so was awesome!! I normally dont do reviews but they deserve it. Food was amazing!! Service awesome!!! Front start to finish, 100% Definitely will be back
Love the food here. The atmosphere is busy casual and can be loud at times. There is usually a wait but it hasn't been anything ridiculous (yet). Seating in the waiting area is a little better than other locations with the long benches but there isn't always a place to sit. Service is typically pretty good as well. Rolls are great too. They normally have what we want at this locations (others get out of prime rib)
