July 10, 2022 - Lunch. I know times are tough for hiring and retaining, but hiring a zombie was the last thing I expected to see. The young lady at the register was so lifeless it was hard to see if she was even breathing. She moved at the speed of a sloth and you had to strain to hear her speak. Watching her eye-roll when a customer put their empty tray on the counter, because she had to collect it, was priceless. Customer service at this location is consistently poor.
Ordered bean mild and got no sauce. Beans everywhere including all over the paper. Hardly any beans in this just a hard tortilla. Had to throw it away as I couldn't even stomach it anymore. This place doesn't and will never compare to any of the other taco casas. They need better training always did and the person running this needs to stop adjusting how much to out on items. Definitely doesn't meet taco casa standards at all. Needs better management for sure and someone who actually cares about their customers and the service given. I don't know why I keep going back to this place and I don't recommend it as they keep getting greedy with their food
Literally waited in the drive thru 25 mins and for the girl to say it’s gonna take another 15 to make my ONE combo burrito and a sweet tea. Had to leave wasting 25 mins of my 30 min lunch break.
Finally had the chalupas TB doesnt have anymore. I love their food, just wish the hot sauce was better. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The food was cold and tasted old and the taco shell was stale very disappointed in this taco casa I have been here three times an all three times was horrible !
Just left Taco Casa and I ask for a simple order a Bean Burrito and Two Tacos and A Large sweet Tea!!! That's it Burrito was wrong then when I open the wrapping meat fell all over my Pants stained them. So sad that there's no decent people in the world can't even do their job. You had one job Wow.
My first experience at taco casa. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Food okay. Pricey for what you get, but I blame bidenflation for that.
Normally I love taco casa. This is by far the worst location in Texas. Longest wait times by far. Don’t even try the drive thru.
Ask for easy ice and they put more ice than normal. Im filing a chargeback. Not coming back. Twice in a row. Cool service
Best cheap Tacos in the area just make sure you eat them fast because the shells get soggy if you take too long. I never get the Tacos to go.
