I love the food, and usually the crew is good at their job, especially considering what they get paid. but someone really needs to talk to the night crew, every single time i've been there in the evening i've sat at the drive thru for well over 5 minutes without a single thing said to me. I can understand it taking longer since there is less people, heck I can understand it even taking a loooong time later in the evening, but I shouldn't pull up to the drive thru and have to play the guessing game on whether or not someone is actually on the other end, or if I'm being ignored by the one of tons of fast food workers who just don't care to do their job. All I'm asking for is the common courtesy of letting me know that it will be a minute before you can take my order so I don't sit there twiddling my thumbs wondering if I'm wasting my time.
Only thing good about This place is it’s location if it was ran right this place could be booming!!!! It needs a lot of fixing up, they don’t have anything you wanted in stock only certain items and it’s staff needs to be trained on how to act and represent the company……… Only thing I can think of is either they have a store manager that don’t care and just wants to collect a pay check or they don’t have one at all idk who is in charge but if they wanna get in contact with me we can talk about me taken over as manager to start turning that place around
Food is surprisingly tasty. I like the variety and prices are reasonable. However, both times I went - i noticed a nasty smell...i think it comes from the rags used to wipe the trays/ tables that makes it difficult to eat my food. PLEASE disinfect your wash rags more often.
Used to be my go to ever since it opened after being a Burger King. Quality and service have plummeted in the past 4-5 years and it just keeps getting worse. They can never get the Door Dash or Uber Eats orders right and when you go through the drive thru they don't seem to know what you are talking about.
LOVE IT, great food, smiling faces, but overall it has been a life changing experience. I believe his name was Nicktor, but I told him an evil spirit was following me and he preformed a live exorcism. This place is a MUST!
Consistently delicious. This location has dramatically improved since the days when that scary woman with the absess on her face would give you the wrong order 75% of the time, cold. Now the food is warm and perfect.
These people steal money !!!! I was charged for food I didn’t order, when brought to the attention of the girl working the drive-through she argued with me and told me I ordered it. I asked for a refunded of the items I didn’t want or order and she refused. A tall blonde man came up behind her and told me only a GM can issue a refund and I would need to come back some other time. This place is horrible and give Taco Bueno a bad name. Beware of fakes charges.
Great place to eat at, I love taking my family there because the environment feels great and as always, great customer service. Whoever keeps giving bad reviews need to get a damn life and stop trying to bring businesses down.
My son and I love Taco Bueno. Hands down, if there is an option to go to one, we take it. This location is the absolute best one consistently! The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly.
I honestly don't know how this place is still open. The only decent time to eat at this location is during the day. The building is poorly lit at night and makes them look closed. The Menu outside is either broken or they just don't bother to turn it on because it's never lit up. The night crew is absolutely horrible and are all young kids. They always close early and if they happen to be open late you will hear things like... "Our computer system is down, we ran out of beef, were only accepting cash, we are short staffed." I've heard it all. This place needs new management ASAP.
