Abram did an outstanding job! He made my Taco Bell experience very welcoming and enjoyable I could tell that he was having fun at work , great customer service skills and was very friendly he definitely deserves a raise and a pat on the back good job buddy keep up the good work and the rest of the crew as well thank you for making it a good easy experience
Tried the Taco bell breakfast. Burrito was good but small. Hash brown was so overcooked when I bit into it, it just shattered. The whole meal seemed a bit small. I came with some little cinnamon donut ball things with frosting inside. Those were pretty good. Overall I'd say skip it and go next door to McDonald's and you can get biscuits and gravy.

I wasnt told to pull to the second window.After 5 second of checking my phone i see the manager waving me over. I drive up to be berated for texting and driving, even though i put the phone down when i drove up. After handing me my food, he pulls out my card, i reach over and before i could grab it he dropped it onto the ground, then slammed the window as i attempted to move my car to reach it while saying to the coworkers "look at this guy texting aand driving, dropping his card"It was embarrassing all i wanted were some tacos. My friend died texting and driving and to be berated like that just for checking my phone for after i pulled to the first window is destroying.
I get being shorthanded. Especially with the pandemic going on and everything. However, sitting at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no cars in front of me and then asking the question hello I just want to make sure someone is there and then getting the response that there are only three of them and I’ll just have to wait isn’t what you would call professional.Like I said I am more than understanding but at least come on the speaker and tell someone we will be with you in a moment we are just very short staffed.Then when I come to pay I am very nice and cordial and don’t even get a thank you and they act like they can’t stand that I even came. Will not be returning for sure

One of the worst locations in DFW. They’re opening and closing time is always hours before after posted time. Their card machine is always down so you have to pay with cash, numerous of times my orders have been messed up and the soda machine as always giving water down soda.

I should have looked at the other reviews first i would have kept driving. Chicken tasted like they mixed last weeks hard chicken with this weeks raw chicken. Never finished the meal. Will consider eating from the garbage before going there again.
