They did not have strawberry pieces for the strawberry drink and said it didn't take away from the taste which it did. Didn't offer a replacement or discount.

It's Starbucks. If you've been to onel, you know what to expect. Giving them 5 stars because I've never had a bad drink nor have I had bad customer service.

The employees are congregating with themselves and not interacting with customers it's a social thing for themselves not a job a place to to enhance their communication skills and grow within, they take forever to get your order out because they stop and talk and forget what they were doing when they give you your cup they hold it from where your lips go this is unsanitary give it holding the sides not top no conversation to customers at window or inside the ordering they either yell or talk so low you can't hear... step them up to be more successful not doormats help them management team thatbis your job have weekly meetings to give them encouragement and rewards for being good service employees to the business teach them to own one someday !!

As the previous reviewers stated this location is going downhill. Now, this location lost a whole staff awhile back and they had to close down for a month. They hired new people, which 10% are competent and know what they’re doing. The others are winging the heck out of it! I come here because my kids are in therapy in the area and I prefer my sublet and 287 location! Way better!!! This location will mess your drinks up even after repeating the order. Which my order is a mocha frappe with mocha drizzle in the cup. Simple right?! Nope! lol they Jack it up 90% of the time.Now my other experience was with a shift lead who didn’t acknowledge my presence. Made a snide remark about not needing my name for my order ?. Also, just gave off real bad vibes and the staff even said she does it to them…. Well I took my concerns to corporate. Please call corporate. Do not even ask them to fix it! They will send you a gift card for the mishap and just go down by 360, sublet or Debbie/157. This location is a joke!Oh and today I went and the guy was confused when I said around the cup! Same terminology the baristas use. ?

Sitting here in the late evening studying and the workers blasted the music pretty loud. They were also playing music with profanities in them..

I have worked in customer service for over 33 yrs... I have NEVER BEEN SERVICED LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE!! I purchased a refresher at this location. When I got home, I realized it was not the right one. Came back through the drive thru to express it to them what had happened; with hopes to get the drink I paid for. Keep in mind, I was at the drive thru for over 10 minutes at 6:57 until 6:10...then went to the front door. Once I got at the door, realized it was locked. I knocked, hoping someone would see me with the starbucks cup and would come at least to the door and hear what I have to say. I literally stood their as they went back and forth for over 20 minutes. Do you think they didn't noticed me.... Oh no they literally looked at me turned around and began doing other distracted things other than tell me they are closed... systems are down or something. I stood at the door in the cold as they watched me knocking at the door. ALL I wanted was the drink I paid for. Instead I was ignored to the fullest. One guy that had an orange shirt on peeked between the back door to see if I would leave. He finally came out but ignored me sitting there. No one approached the door to expressed that they were closed or that the machines were down. All they did was ignore me in the cold. This is very disrespectful and lack of customer service. I have NEVER felt so disrespectful. As I walked to my car with disbelief that a major cooperation would hire such lacking service people... I sat in the car to write this and noticed a sign that said they closed at 6. It is very understandable why they weren't interested in assisting me. However... just a walk to the door would have been the right thing to do. This is ridiculous.

I went to this location yesterday, 18 Feb 22 and ordered my usual. The guy at the drive thru really questioned my order. His behavior was totally unacceptable. Mid order, a lady takes over to verify my order and I asked her was it okay for me to order what I did and the guys attitude was horrible. She told me he was in training. I get to the window and he’s there still somewhat questioning my order stating all the sugar could cause damage or some nonsense. I clearly told him he was inappropriate and had no business questioning my order! I told him I’m sure his behavior wasn’t taught in training and he needs to mind his own vs what someone orders. Totally unacceptable. I’ll never visit this location again!

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is quickly going downhill. I ordered a drink for drive Thur pickup. I saw how long the drive thru was so I opted to go inside. I got inside and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I waited for a long time and decided to just try the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru 17 minutes. I get to the speaker and the lady rudely tells me I need to come inside because the drive thru is moving at a slow speed. Then I tell her I can’t get out of line because there is concrete all around me. It’s another 5 minutes before the cars ahead me move and I get to a spot where there is an opening to get out of line. Next time I’m going to Mansfield, I will just drive to the little road Starbucks first. Thankfully, the little road location is one of the few Starbucks left in the area that is not incredibly slow.

This Starbucks has gone downhill fast. It's dirty inside, and very unorganized. The wait was longer than expected, but there isn't an excuse for the dirty tables, floors and bathrooms that looked like Chuck Cheese after a birthday party. The staff... Very pleasant.

Just wanted to treat myself before work but I only had a $100 bill because that’s how I get paid so I figured they would be able to break it because before going I read the website to make sure they accepted $100 and it didn’t say anything about they couldn’t I ordered my food and drink got to the window she said they can’t break my money then I said it’s all I have then she didn’t say anything to me another person came asked if I had a card or something rudely and I didn’t and he said well we can’t break that right now apparently he didn’t have change so I left empty handed
