Went through the drive through today to pick up my mobile order. I saw that they had a Johnny Depp and Amber Heard tip jar. When I saw it, I was too stunned to speak. Regardless of how you feel about the current case and situation, domestic violence is not funny and I don’t think it’s professional for a company to display tacky and distasteful messages in the store. It seems like they’ve done this before with the will and chris situation. Smh.
After about 7am it's a waste to go. They're too overworked to give a sincere customer experience.
Biggest beating I have ever had at a Starbucks, production areas were gross and nasty, the 8 employees were defeated and had given up. Ordered online said ready in 15 minutes, arrived on time and took another 30. Maybe this is why the keep shutting this one down. Manager is supposed to do temperature checks on staff when they come in. Did it on one team member, but did not do it on the next 3. Maybe this lack of focus is why they were shut down for a while.
This Starbucks I love so much they always quick. And I know Starbucks is expensive but they're actually like not really for llike A Grand Day for like a frappe it's only $5 like you guys say it's really expensive like I know coffee is expensive and stuff so I guess this is expensive I grew up in more of a expensive area so I might be a little spoiled but yeah it's coffee and it's good I don't like the coffee with so much ice cuz they usually lose a lot of the flavor over the whole drink. I’ve been there 4x, and have never once received my hot drinks. One time I waited 45min and still did not receive my drink. Another time they put my kids cake pop inside the hot snack bag….. and it melted( still didn’t receive hot drinks). This is the absolutely worst starbucks location. I now go to the Kroger starbucks or market street locations. This place is in definite need of help!
the workers here are very sweet but the lines and wait are ridiculous. i ordered one drink at 6:55 am and at 7:36 i still didn’t get it and i just had to get a refund.
Absolutely the sweetest staff! They are always working so hard. This place is always slammed in the morning but I get my ice coffee here every day. They do a great job of attending to everyone despite how busy they are and getting all of their orders out. I’m so grateful for you guys!
Beware, this Starbucks has the longest lines and absolute longest wait times around. Even if you order 20 minutes in advance you’ll still be waiting an out her 20minutes after getting here. Also a roll of the dice if they actually get your order right…
The bacon vous vide egg bites were just perfect but my Mocha Frappe was not that great. Every time I get the Mocha Frappe it tastes different each time. When I was in California, Starbucks always make it the way it should be. They are constant.
This place gets a bad rap lately because of long waits. My experience, despite some waiting, has still been positive. The staff is friendly and tries to be as helpful as they can during the morning rush. Mind you, the days folks reference in reviews with long waits for mobile orders are directly related to when the order ahead option at the starbucks just down the road goes offline. It's not very fair to tear down these folks when they're getting probably double their normal customer count.Is this place perfect? Of course not. But, overall, it has good people putting their best efforts in. If anything ever hasn't been right, I let them know and they get it squared up. With all that said, I'll keep coming back!
