This Starbucks location is the worse! This is the second time my office has ordered from them in the last month, both occasions the food was old and disgusting. Co-worker called the Starbucks location today, to advise the manager that the eggs and cheese were old from the protein box. Per Caitlyn the boxes were created yesterday, and are still sellable. well excuse me Caitlyn! But for the prices of these protein boxes I would expect them to to be FRESH!!!!
It was the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I brought two friends from out of town, and they didn’t have any drinks or breakfast sandwiches. They didn’t have lemonade to make the refreshers; they didn’t have any signs telling us what they did or did not have. The bathrooms were dirty and didn’t have any soap. The other one was being used, so I don’t know if it had soap or not, but I was very dissatisfied.
It was clean and welcoming a few months ago , but now is very dirty, the floor and bathroom and not sure how it looks like inside where they make our coffee , unprofessionally .
The Starbucks on my visit was extremely busy. However there were pretty fast and efficient even though they were training a person. They had service with a smile and they were attentive and I guess I can't complain. So I will come back. However I just hate the Harley-Davidson parked in the handicapped spot. Had my dad been with me I would have dragged that bike across the parking lot so that we could park there.
I’m bummed to do this because I get how hard the service industry is now, and I still work in it. I just finished a 11 hour day and I was an hour from my place of work so before returning to clock out and go home, I wanted a Latte and had to use the restroom. I could have cared less about the state of the restroom and bar if the drink was done as requested, but after leaving and on the road, my latte was made with the wrong milk and nothing was added, no syrups or sweeteners! In other words, the label was completely ignored. I’m not gonna pretend I’m someone who enjoys straight coffee in warm milk, it was bitter and unpleasant. The timing was bad and I just wanted a drink I have ordered many times before. I’m sorry but it was a huge disappointment.
I wish they would let me know when I place my order that they don’t have all the ingredients to make it. It is very irritating to order your item only to get it, and it’s not what you want. Tell your customers when they order that you can’t accommodate them, and let me decide if I want to add all the extras.???
So…I was just doing good in the morning and just though and said I should go to Starbucks, and then I said to them that I want a mango dragonfruit lemonade. And then they said ok and I just payed and after 10 minutes the workers were just playing around and throwing out drinks, and then 20 minutes and then I finally get my drink and I look at it and it’s JUST lemonade. Don’t ever go here…hate it.
I was there on 11/15/21 so today. I waited in a 15 minute line. Then when I ordered my drink it was the new iced sugar cookie almond milk iced. They put whip cream on it. So I asked nicely if it was dairy free whip cream she gave me an attitude and said no and re made the drink for me. Then she got a MAJOR attitude with me an said have a better day. And walked off no I apologize or anything. Won’t be going back
Absolutely stingy with everything! Other Starbucks still prepare drinks how they’re supposed to. $6 for it to not even be sweet? On a holiday drink? Never again. Go to a location with more supplies. Not to mention they’re often out of whip so don’t even think about a puppacino.
Long line (drive thru) but they got everyone through quickly. I accidentally ordered my drink at a different location (mobile app) and they offered to make my drink for free but it was my mistake and paid for it. Drink was also made perfectly
