I love love love this place. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. And the drinks are always a hit.
Staff are very friendly and courteous....always ensure order is right and quick to fix if there is ever an issue. My favorite Starbucks in the area
My drink was really off. It tasted watered down, I didn't bother to finish it. However, most of the time it's really good.I love Leslie too, very friendly and cheerful!!!
Lady talking my order was very rude, she was rushing me and laughing when i said no added water. she wasn’t wearing a name tag or else i would have gotten it. do better starbucks
I’m a regular at Starbucks not only because of the drinks but the amazing customer service given at (most) locations. This location however, lacks in the customer service department. The experience that prompted finally leaving a poor review was.. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso HOT and instead of letting me know at the speaker that they didn’t have any ”elite” baristas on staff who were either experienced enough or not too lazy work whatever magic literally every other location has done to make that work, they hand me an iced ”brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso” with no oatmilk. I drove from there to another location and they fixed it (a HOT brown sugar OATMILK shaken espresso) no charge and with that professional and friendly attitude we all know and love about (most) Starbucks locations. In short….there are too many other Starbucks within a few mile radius to come to this one where your order and overall experience is a gamble.
I order from Starbucks several times a week. This particular store, however, is inconsistent at best. This morning, my venti was half full. The employee at the window said she’d have them remake it. While I appreciate the offer, her attitude made me feel like it was my fault that the cup was half full. She hands me the “remade” coffee and again, it was half full. When I said that it was the same, she said that’s just the way it is. I didn’t pay $6 for a half full coffee and to be treated like I was inconveniencing the staff.
I don't normally go to this location but every time I have they are extremely rude and mess up my order. When asked to fix it, nothing but attitude is given?! I literally just ask for ice coffee with cream, nothing complicated. It makes no sense... this morning I asked for my drink to be shaken and when I drove up to the window it was clearly not even stirred. I asked Leslie and she blatantly rolled her eyes... completely unprofessional. When I got the drink back she poured out a ton just to shake it. Dear god lady, If you hate your job so much then go get another one.
I came by during my lunch break to do some homework in the lobby. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes to order a water and a plain bagel. They were very busy but seemed to be appropriately staffed. I waited 15 minutes for the water, but still no bagel. 35 minutes went by and was going to be late to work and left…. With an iced water… with no refund. staff was nice but had a hard time managing the busy lunch hour. Going back to work hungry and disappointed.
My venti is about halfway filled up. On top of that, it’s the wrong drink inside despite the label being right. Very Disappointed
I've been twice now. My second experience was much better. My first visit my sister and I both got drinks. My hot drink was fine. My sisters iced white chocolate mocha was hot. The ice was completely melted and the drink cup was luke warm to the touch. We didn't make a stink, but pulled back through the drive through. Instead of having them remake the drink, we explained that the drink was hot and we would just take a large cup of ice. The girl at the window refused to give us a large cup of ice and said it was against their policy. She said she could only give me a grande or a tall cup of ice.. I repeated back that I couldn't have a large cup of ice for the hot drink that was supposed to be a cold drink? In my head, I'm thinking about how the melted drink wouldn't fit into a grande. She confirmed that no, she could not. I requested two grande sized cups of ice instead. The whole thing was a little ridiculous, to be honest. I don't know if that was really their policy on an error of theirs, or just a general ice policy, or if I should have at that point just asked them to remake the drink. Either way we left, and my sister drank some of her watered down coffee.
