Prima was very sarcastic made me uncomfortable, also snatched the money when I was handing it. Very unprofessional.
Service is great but I'm not sure if they read the requests. I get mine made the same way all the time and these past two times I ordered a pickup. Tasted bland and full of milk. 3 shots of espresso and 6 pumps should have more flavor. Just disappointing over 3 times at this store and Cooper store. Charging so much and not getting it right. Great personalities though.

This was the one at Krogers I don't really like it there usually always running out of stuff there's only like two people there they take so long like I waited 10 minutes to get two Frappuccinos I think we need to hire more staff. And they were out of a lot of drinks ?!! The drink mostly all had ice.!?

Hanna is so rude the coffee was great probably because she didn't make it. Cant even place an order without her being annoyed then start throwing a fit and getting upset at you. As soon as you start your order she gets annoyed like if you don't like your job sweetie you can always find a different job or work at a different Starbucks sheesh!
I give the Kroger 2 . Because I need more employee. It's a lot of small things that I see now wrong but is all start from the top then the bottle
