Food was good even though I didn't receive my entire order. I called establishment to advise and was told I could drive back or receive a credit instead of credit back to my card. That was an inconvenience for me. That's the reason I gave 3 stars.
I was trying to order food at 8:00 pmI was told by some RUDE employeethat they were no longer talking anymore orders due being short on suppliesI told her she didn’t even know what I wanted to order, I asked to speak to a manager and she just hung up the phone on me .I called back and no answerI called back and they finally answera so called manager said they were low on some meats and that’s FINE, but I was never given a chance to order, how about I just wanted some steam rice .My take is since they close at 8:30pmthey just don’t like to take any orders if you call at 8:00pmI will never support this place againYou can’t be so rude and disrespectful
I’m a loyal customer that goes to Sprouts on a regular basis. I’ve called several times and know they close at 8:30. I was at CVS and looking to pick up a quick order. Called around 8:15 and the young lady who answer said they were closed. The website states they close at 8:30 but she insisted that particular day they closed at 8 and then hung up. Just poor customer service. Sprouts is going downhill with customer service and quality of food. It is a very convenient take out on broad but I will go elsewhere for now on.
I’ve only eaten here twice. The 1st time was good. But the pho I got today was so horrible I could not eat it. Very greasy and a large amount of cinnamon was used. So disappointed!
This play wasn't good, I ordered Shaken beef and Korean BBQ .they didn't have. I ordered Spicy Mamba shirmp very bad , rices cooked not completely., salad is old , Shrimp & broccoli , tastes so weird ......
tried to eat here two times with no luck. first time they didn't have a cook. although they do advertise on the front door that they are closed for one hour in the middle of the day. second time I went, the waitress/hostess didnt even get up out of the booth. when i went to order and they were out of the ingredients to make spring rolls. considering spring rolls are literally in the name of the establishment, one would assume they would have enough rice paper on hand. at this point I've had enough. if you can't even give good customer service to the only customer there, and you can't even make your namesake appetizer because you have purchasing issues.... you don't need my business. I can't say if the food was at least good or not.
I hate to rate something bad based on one trip but this was pretty sub par. Very slow service, also not good service. Food was okay but definitely not worth the price. I will be going to Arlington for my pho!
Called at 6:30pm for 2 spring rolls and fried rice. After 45 minutes my order was still not ready. Left without the food since it wasn't even in the process of being made. There were two employees at the food window, a waitress, and a cook in the back. That's enough staff to prepare food.
This is some of the best pho I've had! It's always so fresh and delicious! Can't recommend this highly enough!
It was cold outside. Pho was delicious, spring rolls and spicy edamame were very good
