Disappointed in the freshness of the chocolate chip cookies. More like a day old cookie. Freshly baked are soft with gooey chocolate!
Disappointing visit, menu has a Combo 1, two cookies and a drink, menu says the standard cookie is included and there is an additional fee for specialty cookies. Ordered with specialty cookies and was told I can only order the standard, so I pointed out the menu stating there is an additional fee for specialty, which is fine, and without looking at menu or considering what I said, employee blindly said it’s only the bottom row cookies again. Tried to again point out you should be able to order a specialty with the fee but gave up, he was not interested selling the items based off on the menu and to make the additional sales. Initial error I get but don’t disregard a customer’s feedback, especially when you are wrong, could have easily been remedied in the moment looking at menu or asking another employee.
Hubby and I ordered a mini cookie ice cream sandwich. Our server was attentive and did everything just fine. But the ice cream was almost tasteless, and the cookie was more greasy than we expected. Granted, we got there at 8:00 pm; just disappointed it wasn't better.
This cafe is outstanding! I met one of the owners , Mr. William's, and he made our first experience at the cafe terrific. His suggestions were on point! He and his staff are attentive to everyone in the store and he truly seems glad we stopped by. The cookies are delicious and the PB and J smoothie rocks! It was an honor to meet a Dallas Cowboy. Please visit this place, you'll be happy you did!
Went in to try and do you put gold in your cookies? The 2 cookies came to over 5 dollars. Not a great value for the size either. I expected at least larger than a 1/2 dollar. Not sure I would return, maybe for something else on the menu. But I would buy a roll of dough and make my own for same price.
I had the pink dragon bowl and an espresso. The pink dragon bowl did a great job of expressing the heart of the fish: the sweet, hydrating dragonfruit. The granola cut against the dragonfruit excellently. For 380 calories, I'd consider this bowl at $10 to be excellent.It is weird that I didn't try the cookies at a Nestle Tollhouse franchise. However, this morning I wanted and got a flavorful breakfast.
The pecan cookie is so bomb !! The oatmeal has some butterscotch surprise!
Stopped in for the first time. The turtle choc chop cookie was supreme. The button brownie, was ok. Employees at the store were incredibly pleasant very customer service focused! Reminded us of the service you get at chick-fil-a. Nod to the hiring mgr. Oh one thing. No reg coffee!!! Only decaf tonight. ?
Everyone here is so kind! You’ll feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you’re in the door. Great place! Will definitely be back :)
Sweet staff (wish I could remember his name), great selection for later on a Friday night, clean and comfortable. Great option after hitting the public skate time at the Stars Center!
