Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a drive thru. It took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru line and get our food. We love slim chickens but I will never go back to this location!
I gave a 5 star rating 8 months ago however this is not the first time when I order the large Mac n cheese the container is not even filled. $5-$6 for this is not worth it. Do better.
I ordered online and when I arrived I stood at the counter for 30 minutes with my order incomplete and I was referenced to as a “door dash guy” by the employees signaling to the cooks to take their time with my order(when I am the actual customer picking up my order). I watched multiple customers receive the wrong order and when I shared my concerns with Don (the manager), he was not responsive to the feedback and just gave me a refund and took back the incomplete order that I had waited 30 minutes for. Slims needs more experienced management than this.
Well, we have given this location several chances, but Slim Chicken has now gone from favorite to Never Again! Stale chicken, cold fries, couldn't hear the girl at the window because of the loud rap music in the kitchen screaming vulgarities. Maybe some people like it, but I'm done with SC.
The service I experienced here on my first visit was horrible. It took 45 min for our food to be brought out. The whole staff were literally hanging out. One of the cashiers were eating while we waited for our food. There was no communication about there being a wait. There wasn’t many customers dining inside. There wasn’t really much of communication after paying for our food. The whole staff were teenagers and I didn’t see a manager anywhere. This was my first and last time coming here.
Slim Chickens has pretty good food. Their menu has a decent variety of items. I recommend and will be back.
We eat here often, tonight may have been the last time. We saw our food in the window waiting to be brought out to us. The cashier was too busy socializing to care. Food wasn't even lukewarm when she finally decided to bring it out. Then we had multiple hairs in the food. As we we walking out, I took a good in the kitchen, nobody was wearing a hair net...which was why we had hairy chicken, fries, and even hair on the toast. It was gross and I doubt we will ever return. Shame because it used to be our go to spot during baseball season....would give no stars if I could.
Slim chicken I was standing great customer service great food. I just recommend to eat there that bring it home if you live far. Because the fries or fried pickles it won't get cold.
Always delish but when I ask and pay for extra dipping sauce please give it to me!!!!
For a fast food chicken shop, probably the best you can get in Mansfield.
