Best friggin Schlotzsky's location ever! We drove 10 miles to get to it, took us 20 mins to get home. We got a Deluxe Original Med. Our bread was not soggy, lots of meat, and fresh veggies. And the drive thru window lady was so nice and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better experience across the board. We will make this out store now. GOOD JOB!!!
For some reason they don’t understand what NO pickles means. Even asked again at window. Was assured no pickles. Nasty things ruin a sandwich!!
Did the drive-through, and the response was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. Got our order with no issues
There are signs on the door that say they do not take cash anymore. The lobby is closed you can only use the drive-thru. They also discontinued the reuben sandwich which was the reason that I went there.
Extremely rude!!! Forgot a drink of ours and made the other drink wrong. Manager was so confrontational I didn't even tell her she forgot our chips too. Won't be back! Such a minor issue for the staff to be so angry.
Id give zero star because the management at this place is pathetic and rude he is a real piece if wotk they tried to rip me off told me my card did not go through i showed him on my bank account it went through called me a karen and was so freaking rude i will never go there again and i dont recommend any else go there
One of my favorite local places for a sandwich. Always consistently good, with high quality ingredients used. Love their original sandwich!!!
Food was good but the service needs work! First they gave me somebody elses order and they still didn't include my pickle.
This location is the WORST, the food is disgusting they have a horrible management team and they are lazy and want to argue about what they served me. This place needs a management clean up cuz they are lazy and cant even get an order right and then when you get the right order their food is not even what is described on the menu, the bread is soggy and soft it is disgusting. Dont waste your money on this location.
Just has the best experience/customer service of my life. My order was wrong In drive thru so I called to store to inform them and an Angel answered!!! Carol Carol Carol this lady deserves a raise and a promotion she was so kind and courteous and even brought me the correct order to my home!!! Who does that??? Carol that’s who!!!
