Quick and fresh food. Perfectally acceptable. The cookies are really good as well.

Worse Qdoba I’ve been to. They have the nerve to charge $19 for a burrito and bowl after they scooped up 5 chicken pieces. Save your money and go to chipotle, at least you’ll get more food.
Price point is solid, food is good, service has always been fast.
Received a free entree coupons months ago because of an incorrect order and decided to redeem it today. When I showed it to the cashier, she didnt want to accept it. Her words: " we don't accept coupons from that person." She stated that he had some "funky" ones that were out there. And how is that my problem? She accepted it after all and simply brushed me away with a "have a nice day" which had little meaning
I love this place...and I never have a problem here. They are far better than Chipotle in my opinion, but one area they could be better at........bring back my Loaded Tortilla Soup.

Food great. TERRIBLE service. I have never in my life written a negative review however this really made me upset. Their customer service skills are nonexistent and not to mention they are rude! After placing an order online I was unfortunately charged twice. I called for rectification of the problem but was instead given the run around FOR TWO DAYS. Apparently there’s not a supervisor or manager that I could talk with for rectification and whenever I called “they were too busy to handle it” or just simply didn’t care. Unfortunately it took me having to drive there and personally ask. Guys, save the hassle and go somewhere else. It shouldn’t have taken the multiple phone calls and the drive to get a simple refund on a mistake that was made by the company. I will never order again from this facility.
