I plan to NEVER go again to this store until the Management trains the employees better. The employees don’t work together and fail to be Customer Concerned. This store used to run like a well oiled machine. Now, because of the employees, it lacks all the necessary qualities to be efficient. The PM manager on duty when we came in allowed the employees to stand around doing little but to visit with what appeared to be their friends. Management, Wake up or this store will be closing their doors!!!
The staff .was courteous & the food was delicious.
So, I am not sure what is going on. Very misleading... The doors are locked and they state they are short staffed on the door. But I counted over 10+ ppl inside with uniforms on, more than half seem to be just standing around. I could not take pictures of all of them. But there was clearly more than 4 people behind the counter, just in my quick line of sight. To add insult to injury, some ppl were actually sitting in lobby and eating. I was allowed in to ask questions about the larger orders, and seemingly offered to order in lobby. But I felt uncomfortable as a gang of employees just standing around me too close together, seem to want me to leave lobby. I left due to the crowd of employees gathered around me. And I am very disappointed in this franchise. As they are wanting us to wait in long drive through lines but allow employees that are not working to crowd the lobby order area. Ridiculous Store Manager.
Mom wanted Popeye's to satisfy her craving for chicken. The Tuesday Special combo sounded good. We never do eat dark meat but we thought we'd give the daily special a try. I had mine spicy but we both agreed it was delicious. Leg and a thigh was a winner! The.biscuit was great also. Why don't these places ever have butter? Lol Being out of coleslaw I had the beans and rice which was very tasty! Drinks are self refill and free. $5.99.ot bad at all.

Every time we come to the hotels here next to the Popeyes the lobby is always locked and it says its open until 9pm but they lock the lobby because they are lazy and don't want to have to Clean it. Employees have a attitude like you shouldn't be there trying to order. They act annoyed to take your order and give you the rudest looks. Absolute no customer service skills. Problems like this are because this is the environment the manager has made and accepts. Need a whole new management team there
I come here on my lunch break and always get fresh chicken. Today i was waiting in the lobby to give my order and there was only one person running the front counter. They were super busy and it seemed like he was doing more then his share of work. It took a while to get my food but it was fresh and they mad sure i was taken care of.
The dining area was filthy.My husband and I had to Clean our table off with sanitizer and tissue from my purse. The hand sanitizer was empty. The straws was empty. The napkins was empty. Cup lids were everywhere in that area. The floor needed sweeping. If your employees have the time to stand and talk, they have time to keep your establishment stocked and cleaned. Presentation is everything. Assign a employee to check everything every hour. I watched the employees fill a large order for a customer that came in and placed a large order while a customer at drive through placed her order before the lady inside. The lady outside waited at least 20 to 25 minutes for her food. Some retraining needs to be done.
Dirty tables and the most unprepared/unorganized place i have been to in a long time. 5 to 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered a 3 piece spicy dark combo with fries! Over 20 minutes to receive food!
a ZERO star fits better for these reasons: 1) horrendously rude /incompetent of basic fast food service 2) wrong order & rude argument from worker(s) 3) mix-up choice of order 4) missing necessitated utensils/basic condiments 5) non-apologetic after erroneous demands to see proof of order details while holding long line of angry customers 6) show unprofessional & unethical attitude towards patient, forgiving, polite, non-violent customers. This type of perfidious/philinistic behaviors of workers & managers would heighten tensions between unreasonable customers with inclining violence readiness. This store should be EXTINCT based on NEGATIVE comments here & on YELP. I GOT REALLY SICK after eating their fast food yesterday, lucky to be alive to write this review
