So I came to pollo Regio sometime this week at around 8pm, and the cashier Aurc bribed us with a free dessert in order for us to give him a good review about the service, but in reality he was sitting down while the restaurants restroom was very dirty. I will definitely not come here again. Very unprofessional.
I got the steak flour tacos and they were hot and delicious. The customer service was also great. Will definitely go back.
When it comes to Mexican style chicken, you would be hard pressed to fine any thing better than the mesquite flavored chicken from Regios.Always fresh, tender, flavorful and hot. The home style beans, rice and tortilla combined, makes an excellent meal! I am a weekly customer at the one located in Mansfield at Highway 287. Luis is the manager and his staff are very friendly. They always greet you when you enter, and thank you when you leave! Hospitality, service and great food makes an excellent experience!
Had an awesome time here. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly staff. The atmosphere was welcoming. Alexis was amazing. The food was super yummy as always. Service here was superb as always. Music was pretty amazing too! Stop by and dance a little here! You won’t regret it! God bless!
Came to this place a few times first time they got my wife's order wrong so we let it slide and came back no problem second time they do it again but we checked and had them correct it right then and there.. next time we go towards close which I hate to do but we needed food and they were open still for 15 mins but they say they are only serving number 1 and 14 because there line is closed down and only have 1 person in training which was the excuse given by the store manager Luis when he walked out to talk to us when we asked to speak with him. After telling us he straight turned his back while my wife was speaking mid sentence and walked away. I drove up to the window to see like 4 people standing there.. idk what's up but regio needs to get a grip. Wont be returning to this location very unprofessional.
Food was good.But when asked if there was salsa verde they have an attitude and right away tell you no
Great service ! The current manager and workers there are very nice and respectful. I would definitely come back here again . Also food came out quick ! Super happy with this location specifically
UPDATE: today took 28min for a single torta.Food is good, service sucks. Wait tim usually 10-25min. One of the cashiers isnt rude but lacks service. I was in line for 6min listening talk to her friend about a dinner before she asked for my order. As well as off the clock employees will walk right through the front and grab a drink or something.
Dora was so pleasant and kind! Our food was delicious ? our favorite is the Jamaica and horchata drink.
This location used to be good but this is my last time visiting Regios chicken! Families work hard for their money and shouldn’t have to waste money on nasty food! The chicken was not seasoned well and undercooked and was bleeding. Beans were canned and gross.. will never eat at any location again
