I have ordered delivery 3 times from this Pizza Hut and I have had bad experiences each time. The first two times my delivery took almost 3 hours. Today I was given boneless hot wings instead of Honey Bbq. I called five times only to be placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone. The pizza did not taste fresh. It tasted like a frozen pizza. Never again Broad street Pizza Hut!
I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years had no complaints until today!!! I picked up a pizza, came home to discover that it was overcooked and dry. I took it back not asking for a refund but to simply remake it. Then a lady in the back started yelling very rude about me returning the pizza. I asked for a manager and he was too busy to come to the front!! I will never go back there again!! Poor poor service
My order was not right. I ordered 2 large pepperoni on hand tossed crust and mini red pepper and instead I got 1 large stuffed crust and 1thin with hardly no sause.. instead of paying 24.00 they charged 29 after picking it up. We did not go back cause of the distance but not once had they messed it up before
DONT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT.placed a curbside order at 3:50 said that it’d be ready at 4:15. It’s 5:00, still sitting in the car waiting. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER.your best bet is to drive a little further and order from a different Pizza Hut.Super disappointing because this one used to be a good one.
Order contactless curbside at your own risk!!!One of the worst experiences at any fast food or restaurant I have ever had. I placed my order online and did contactless service so that my wife could remain in the car with our two babies since I have been sick for the past week. Not only did they not come out with the pizza after waiting for over an hour, no one answered the phone for over an hour! How ridiculous! My wife had to take out our 2 year old and our 6 month old from their suv to go inside. After waiting for another 20 minutes my wife found out that no one was going to come to the front so had to scream to the back to get someone’s attention. Still no one came to the front. Just as she was about to give up and head back to the vehicle someone came up front. I understand that they maybe busy or at times understaffed but a simple acknowledgment or preparedness by them would go a long way! We will not be returning to this location ever again and If I could give no stars, I would.
My food actually getting delivered would be great. I ordered at 11:11am but never received my food and once it was 12:50pm I tried calling multiple times to the store and never got an answer. I ended up driving to the store to see if I could go pick up my order and the store was empty and the door was locked. I received a call till 2:30pm that my order had to be canceled.
As I ordered the pizza it said about an hour for delivery which was fine. But my email I got said 4+ hrs for delivery. I spent an hour on the phone on hold, so I went to the store to cancel my order but they had I ready so I took it. I paid a delivery fee and driver tip and I picked up my own order. Bad customer service and bad communication with the customer. This is not acceptable
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONESeems to be a lot of other reviews that talk about the phones not being answered. Waited 2 hours for a pizza that I never got. Called and called and called no one ever answers the phone. Had to drive to the store to get my money back. Someone needs to do something at this location. The online reviews are HORRIBLE I will never be back to this establishment
I ordered a medium cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks at 6:05pm. It said deliver was 55-65 minutes. At 7:30, I started trying to call the store and could not get through. At 8:00 I drove to the store. The manager would no answer if my order was done, but kept telling me it was because she only had 2 delivery drivers. My order was canceled but no one seemed to care that we waited 2 hours for food that never arrived. Absolutely awful experience.
This location has no idea how to properly cook a pizza. We have ordered here many times and are consistently disappointed. Thin crust is never crispy and a pan is always undercooked. We order from a location in Las Colinas and the pizza is always spot on. Spent $50 for dinner tonight and ended up throwing the Detroit style away. No crispy, cupped pepperoni, just nasty soft, wet dough. Never again.
