I don’t understand why I did not get notified when my food was delivered? No knock… no door bell… nothing. They literally just left the food outside to get cold. The fact that the delivery guy has the audacity to just leave my food on the floor outside of my door without even ringing the doorbell or getting notified by email/phone/text is simply unacceptable. My food was outside of my door for god knows how long. Literally ants or other insects could have easily crawled their ways into the pizza boxes.PLEASE educate your delivery drivers on properly notifying customers on when their food is arrived. That means knocking the door bell, or just texting or calling. I was not even notified on the “track my order” link or the app. This is very unacceptable since we are required to tip prior to submitting our orders.
I remember when Pizza Hut used to be tasty and fresh just ordered a medium with tip and delivery was $25 worst pizza ever ate in my life.More specifically all of the vegetables seem like they were freeze dried all curled up like maybe they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for five hours anyways they offered me a credit but Turned it down as I won’t order there again

Order contactless curbside at your own risk!!!One of the worst experiences at any fast food or restaurant I have ever had. I placed my order online and did contactless service so that my wife could remain in the car with our two babies since I have been sick for the past week. Not only did they not come out with the pizza after waiting for over an hour, no one answered the phone for over an hour! How ridiculous! My wife had to take out our 2 year old and our 6 month old from their suv to go inside. After waiting for another 20 minutes my wife found out that no one was going to come to the front so had to scream to the back to get someone’s attention. Still no one came to the front. Just as she was about to give up and head back to the vehicle someone came up front. I understand that they maybe busy or at times understaffed but a simple acknowledgment or preparedness by them would go a long way! We will not be returning to this location ever again and If I could give no stars, I would
Soooo they said they closed at 8pm but I was ableTo place an order and they took my money!!! Time comes for my pizza to be delivered and no pizza, so I called. They claim they called to tell me the order wasn’t being delivered….as u see below NO PHONE CALL AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! Just horrible service. AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GET ON THE PHONE!!
The police were called because the so called GM didn't want to hear a customer point out that the order was wrong. Paula and Cordai complained more than I did about how they were short handed and they were tired of helping customers. I eat here often and this deserves a call to corporate.
Getting my order correct it the best way. I ordered the big box with three pizzas and I ordered a Veggie pizza for myself and I got a cheese pizza.
I really enjoyed the flavor of the pizza. It was ready on time, and the price was reasonable.
