What's not to love? Hop online, order your pizza, set your oven as you walk out the door, come home pop it in and in (on average) 12 minutes you have a hot and ready pizza legitimately fresh out of the oven. The cinnamon wheel for dessert is legit too.
Called them about a charge I didn't make, the manager told me she knows, it keeps happening, sorry, they can't help, and hung up. Called back, spoke with the franchisee. He agreed wth his manager, they would keep the money unless we went through other channels, despite knowing it was fraud.
This particular Papa Murphy’s makes the best pizza. Only pizza in Texas that my husband brags on . And when you walk in the door they always make you feel welcome. Thank you

Super fresh ingredients!!!I always eat Papa Murphy’s at different locations and am never disappointed; however, I was in a different part of town and stopped in here.Wow! This particular location in Mansfield had the freshest ingredients of any so far. Loved it.Now I wish I had got the young mans name who greeted me and I’m guessing made the pizza. I ordered online for pickup tonight around 7:00pm.No idea how I’m supposed to upload a picture. Hmm....

I’m being told that employees are not following mask guidelines. People have complained but the employees still won’t wear masks and management won’t enforce.I won’t go places where they don’t wear masks according to guidelines.
Have to drive 12 miles pastany other pizza joints but so much better value and better quality toppings and better tasting. Got to love Tuesday night..
Not the normal papa Murphys we frequent but were in the area. Will not come again, pizzas were very haphazardly put together and not wrapped well. Will stick to our normal location.
