Don't go here often . showed up 4:30 in the afternoon and the place was dead besides one other couple and they're doing business. Was amazed that there were at least four dirty tables one of them covered with dirty dishes and both trash cans had absolutely overflowing bins inside and on top of them full of old dishes look like they hadn't done the dishes in 2 weeks! Their manager must not be staying on top of things. Filthy!
On 3/19 I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. There was very little chicken and a ton of greens. After about 7 hours, I started to feel sick. I ended up with an extreme case of food poisoning. I have never experienced sickness like that before. It was the only thing I ate that day, so it was easy to tell where it came from. Hopefully they inspect their food and make sure that it won’t make anyone else sick.
This is the the worst PANERA I have ever been I’m my entire life that I’ve gone to, service is horrible I stopped by yesterday drive thru lady said total is $31 some change then pull up to window and says $38 some change takes my card and doesn’t even offer if I want a copy of my receipt until I asked her and on top of that the paper receipt was blurry running out of ink then they told me to park on lot 1 for my order get it I live 15 mins away get home and of course I am missing my 2 pastry’s and I orders the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich for myself and husband and one didn’t have no Avocado and 2nd the CILANTRO WAS ALL BLACK it was not good it’s very unprofessional you can poison someone eating food that’s not good anymore especially for a pregnant woman like myself that I’m 4 weeks always to deliver !!!! I highly recommend you guys take a lot of precaution on the food and serious. Someone can get I’ll or poison. Also please pay attention to orders because I was craving my bear claws and this happens it’s ridiculous I can only imagine other food there now I completely understand why it was empty when I got there not surprise because other Panera locations at the time I went are so busy.

Love the coffee subscription! Pays for itself in just a few visits! Normally everything is fine. This trip I got a large hot tea from the drive thru. There is just one sachet for the whole cup. Typically for a large they put 2-3 sachets. I basically ended up with lightly flavored hot water
Availability has been a problem recently (for everywhere really). The service is decent everyone does their best to be friendly and managers makeup for any mistakes. That said, they appear understaffed occasionally, will occasionally take or fulfil the wrong item on an order. Not the end of the world, but justsomething to expect.
Paneras is ok. Selections seem to vary more from store to store, more than they used to. It was a cold day & AC was on, then heat, then AC. Soup needs to be warmer but it was ok. Of course, I remember when the fireplace (now gone in newer stores) was welcoming & classical music was played. The bakery items are still as good. Good that they still have the pick 2.
I do enjoy this restaurant as a whole. The food is good, The workers are nice.I wish the customers would stop being so hard on them and learn to have some patience; coming at a time where it's not their peak hours is a good idea as well!
So if you cannot go inside to pick up your mobile order maybe you need to shut down mobile orders. I don’t enjoy waiting for my food to be cold behind others in the drive thru because I already paid and it’s sitting on a shelf waiting. Honestly Panera has some of the worst customer service especially considering how much their food costs.when I got my order the drinks were lukewarm and watered down.
Ive always loved Panera, but this experience was particularly disappointing. This time, all my food came out cold, lukewarm at best. I have to assume the practices or recipes were changed due to covid. I genuinely love the atmosphere, and the staff are all so kind and helpful.
