Rarely do they get an order right. Not sure why I keep giving them chance after chance. Won’t be back to the Debbie/Matlock location after this time. We ordered a triple (bigger) plate of string bean chicken with steamed white rice and this is what we got. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she asked for the order number which can’t be read.It’s worth the extra drive time to just go to to the location off of 287/Walnut Creek in Mansfield.
Who ever is taking Drive thru orders tonight 3/15/22 @845pm has a bad attitude. If you don't want to work and do your job properly then stay home. I was placing an order and I asked for a certain quantity of egg rolls, she says we only have 3 I understand but I want to amount that I ask for. She then states do you want to wait for them, I say you and she proceeds to blow a big breath as if I just ruined her night be cause she has to cook more food. Her customer service skills suck!!! If this is the type of employees you choose employ you Panda needs to update there onboarding process and also teach customer service..
This location sucks!!!!! I dont know why they literally give you baby portions. Like if it's their food. I dont understand......you guys charge the same if not went up because of covid but yet your portions are for kids. Smh. I'm literally done with this place. Never again.
The employee took my girls order looked over me and took the order of the guy behind us and had his hat sideways like a gangster which is unprofessional he is representing a company and wears his hat that way and he mumbles where you can't understand him. we were in there between 8 pm and 9 pm this happened on January 14th 2022
They closed the indoor lobby due to staffing and had to gonthru the drive thru. That was fine and expected. I only eat the walnut shrimp and it's always good and hot. ?
Understaffed? Great, close the drive thru! But leave the lobby open ??♀️ Ridiculousness leading to at least 7 cars having to re-evaluate their plans and to drag kids in for nothing and that was just while we were there. ?
This is the good Panda Express I love it they are fast but I would recommend if it's your first time a... Ball chow mein and orange chicken!☺??
The Debbie Lane location is losing ground with me. I've supported their location for years, but they are hurting this year. Still have their store doors locked. No inside dining, which at this point should not be a thing. This has caused their drive-thru line to grow and lengthen as a result. There are two to other locations around South Arlington and Mansfield that are fully open. I'd just go to those. Sorry Debbie Lane location, get it together.
My husband didn't want to even give one star but u can't give zero.. he came back home and immediately said we will NEVER go back to this location again!! They are STINGEY with the food that WE pay for.. they lowered the serving size and kept the same price or something... my husband felt that we were given so little food that he ordered more to be able to feed the family.. thats what they wanted I'm sure.. we also ordered 3 kids meals and didn't even get their cookies that comes included into the meal and price we paid!!! Based off all other reviews, this place should be shut down or put under new management ASAP. Oh and we also didn't even get fortune cookies in our bag
20 minute wait for Teriyaki chicken before lunch rush hour?! That's no bueno! Gotta do better than that!!!!
