Not a good experience at all. The menu states that you get 2 sides with the Steak Fingers, and if you get a SALAD or BAKED POTATO, there's an upcharge. My daughter and I ordered macaroni & cheese as one of our sides. They told us that macaroni & cheese is $1.99 extra. I asked about the upcharge, because, according to their menu, there's only an upcharge for salad or baked potato. Our server said he'd take the upcharge off since it's not stated on their menu. When our food came out, the fries were stale and the rest of the food was luke warm at best. The macaroni and cheese that they charge an extra $1.99 for is Kraft Macaroni & Cheese that you can buy at the dollar store for $1 for the whole box!They charge $2.99 for soft drinks and only allow 1 refill. If you need more than that, there's another $2.99. When it was time to pay the bill, they did not remove the upcharge (for the mac & cheese) as promised. My husband asked for the charge to be removed as promised, but they then refused. We WILL NOT be back!
The food is aweful. Beef taquitos are store bought delimex taquitos. Fried mushrooms and cheese stix are like the pepridge farms ones frozen at the grocery store. Wings are not that good either. It is like they got a bag of that pre-made chicken from walmart heated it in the oven and sauced it. The shrimp tacos had an old smell. I think it may have been thawed and sat in the fridge too long. Burger was a premade walmart patty that came out with nothing, i mean nothing on it. I might be giving it to much credit saying it was a walmart patty. Everything was down right pathetic. They have a full kitchen and serve this garbage. They need to consider serving people real food from the kitchen or shut it down and just be a bar. I would have been better of after $80, for food only, walking across the parking lot to wingstop.
Went to a few no frills bars and this one by far is the worst first of all it took them like 20 min to bring my 2 orders of fries out and then they brought us one basket of fries and claimed it was two and when I orders one more it looked like the same portion as the two that they had brought me before when I asked the waiter she said they just hooked you up on the last one smh will not be coming back to this location
Bar food that you can make at home with an air fryer. The place smelled like smoke as you walked in. The service was really good but the food was really blah. Definitely no frills.
I’ve been to another location and decided to try this one with the great anticipation of the chicken wings. Upon entering , we were hit by the strong and overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. Not normal these days with the advancement of filtration systems. The place was moderately busy. We decided to sit at the bar and sat there about 10 minutes without being greeted by any employees. We couldn’t even get an acknowledgment when trying to get the bartenders attention. I know restaurant/bar establishments claim staffing issues and I completely understand that, but we were ignored by the staff when by trying to get their attention. A simple “ be with you in a minute” would have been great.
I go here often and Chad is the bartender that's always got a great attitude and is just a cool guy to have at the bar plus the fried mushrooms and fried pickles are good as hell, might need a bit of salt though. The chicken nachos where very dry but I ordered mine with queso instead of the shredded cheese they normally come with and it was a lot better.
Four of us walked into this smoke filled establishment on 4/17/22! We sat at the bar for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us at all. Couldn’t even get a hello! So we walked out and took our business elsewhere. I recommend hiring people who at minimum acknowledge patrons. If you don’t like smoke avoid this place.
Best Service on the Metroplex by far. Not one minute went by before I had someone taking my order and less than 5 min being served immediately. The wait staff works together, my drink was never empty and the food was choice. I'll be returning again and again. Bathroom Clean!!!
Really good food, and good vibes. Went there with my daughter and her family for her birthday. Looking forward to going back again!!!!
Cheap drinks and a great time with babe. Staff was helpful when we needed them, left us alone when I wanted face to time with Mr. Gorgeous. They knew just what to do when.
