It’s unfortunate. Came here because my wife was craving ramen and we enjoyed the food and everything. Have eaten here a few times within the past two months.Fast forward to now. I had once requested if there was a way to order bulgogi and steamed rice as its own meal instead of having to get the bento box , and the young guy delivered. I got my food in a decent bowl filled to the top and it was delicious. I ordered this again another time and it was great again.Today I ordered it again over the phone and went to pick it up as I have been doing but with the young lady there. Of course it’s already in a bag and didn’t see what I received when I picked it up. I drove home and I had received two little containers of food. I called right away and explained to the young lady how I normally get this meal. She transferred me to the young guy that always takes my order and he told me to come back and they will fix it. I did.I was expecting the usual white bowl filled to the top with rice and bulgogi. Instead I was just handed a partially filled white bowl from the lady with just rice. I asked her if this is the norm for this order and she said yes I usually just see it in those small containers. So I had to re-use the bulgogi I already had that had already got cold and which was also a small amount and I drove back for only a hair more rice.If that’s the case this $10 meal is not worth it at all. See photos below for the results.Pretty sure the restaurant just lost a regular

When you need your ramen fix, this place will do it. The spicy miso is really spicy, for those who are not into spicy. If you love spicy it's a 1 1/2 . This place has something for everyone.

Generally, visting a place that stays empty is a red flag. But I've never had an issue here. Great food, great customer service. What can be a little off-putting is the fact that your food comes out in separate. If they take that away, would definitely be a 5 star.

Loved our server Reem, I don't understand why Mansfield overpays at new restaurants with gadgets that send you cold, hard, California rolls on a metal server yet skips a great place like Ninja kitchen? With great food, clean, and super prices, go figure? We love this place. Thank you Ninja Kitchen for another SUPER DINNER.

We’ve been going here since they opened and I can understand the recent price rise due to costs, but this pathetic tiny piece of pork for the ramen is ridiculous. Please fix this before you lose a long time customer.

This was a delicious Japanese cuisine restaurant with exceptional ramen noodles. I tried the Yaki Udon with fried noodles, vegetables, egg, and chicken and it was so worth it. The waitress told me it was a new dish R13 on the menu. I definitely would recommend it!

Solid food good price and the fire sauce is nuclear.

Ramen was not cooked all the way, added 6 items to my ramen and they only put one. Do not order take out they will charge you for items and they don't answer the phone.

Horrible customer service. Food never ready when supposed to be. Employees sleeping at tables. Go elsewhere

This is my first time ever here and I'm glad I didn't take my whole family. Low rating online reviews a year ago seems like they haven't improved as I would hope today since the owner responds to most reviews and is aware of the poor service. The recent reviews made me think they did improve, but didn't. Normally my wife and I would go find new places to eat and if it's good, we'll be back with everyone. We went to dine in a few hours before closing and we were the only ones there, which is probably the first clue. The lady seated us and took our order. The menu had several X out items, second clue. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen and my wife ordered the spicy osaka miso ramen. The lady later brought all our food in plastic to go containers stack on our table from the appetizers to the noodle bowls. How is this dine in? The soup broth was also in a separate container and not even hot. It was very weird to pour the broth into our noodle bowls ourselves like making our own. It is better to eat our microwaveable tonkatsu noodles bowls from Costco at home. The wakame salad was good and tasted like from Costco. The sashimi mini cup was ok and not fresh because it is also in a plastic to go bowl. I'm glad I didn't order 2 other appetizers as I wanted. This is my first experience ever dining in and getting served with to go containers. I was hoping this would be a very good place since it is closer to home.
