My husband and I love MOOYAH. I love the MDC with sweet potato fries. They are my favorite. I’ve dined in twice and this most recent time I was able to meet the manager. I had to give the staff props because when we come in the employees always great us.Little did I know, the place is ran by teens! They are on it, welcoming and my burger is always on point. Mind you, this is not a fast food restaurant and everything is prepared in house all the way down to the bread, fries, etc. I was quite surprised! This will continue to be our favorite spot and Barbara was very down to earth and personable. ??
Took my kids to this place and it was the best experience. Customer service was excellent 5star.So we didn’t knew they did not accept cash, only cards. But the manager was super kind to pay for our food. My kids and I thanked her very much for the act of kindness and providing a good hospitality service. We felt welcomed. Thank you mooyah Mansfield. We will definitely be back. And this time with card.?
I haven't actually gotten my food yet. I've been waiting well over 15 min just to order. And there was only one person in front if me. The ordering experience was a yelling match because the kitchen is so loud they couldn't hear me or each other. They no longer sell salads but still have them on the menu. The girls taking my order is training but the trainer us across the kitchen and cannot hear the girl's questions. And the kitchen is super slow. The food better be amazing cause the service and experiencing of the place stinks.update:36 minutes to get our food with only 1 person in front of is. We were in there for almost 1 hour and we ordered to go. We didn't eat at all.
When we first tried this place about a year ago, it was fantastic! We were so impressed. However, each time we go; especially in the past 3 months it's not very good. They constantly forget our queso, the fries are overcooked and old, and the patties sometimes are missing off our burger. Tonight will be our last visit. I ordered a Paleo burger but I recieved a burger with bread instead of lettuce wrap. The paleo burger is on their menu! How and why did I recieve my burger served on bread instead of lettuce?? On top of that, the bread didn't even look good. My initial visit was a win but that was so long ago and nothing but disappointment has happened since then. We kept giving them chance after chance, we returned and returned hoping for that great food experience we had our first time but sadly our days of Mooyah are over.
We have had Mooyah many times before, and we had not visited for months. Very disappointing. Are you guys trying to cut cost? Because it showed. Our burgers were significantly smaller than they used to be before. To the point that we could tell by the weight of the paperbag the burgers were in.We wondered if we had the correct items we ordered. The fries were not freshly fried when we went to get it, either. It was clearly sitting somewhere for a while. Again, very disappointing.
Ordered online ahead of time & they never received my coworkers & my order. Waited for it to be made & didn’t even add the add ons I paid extra for, burger falling apart couldn’t even eat it. Never coming back again.
The burgers are very good. Made fresh from unfrozen meat. I loved the sweet potato fries
Really good burgers and just takes a little while to get your order. The big thing that stuck with me and is making me not wanting to go here is hearing how the manager Dominic talks to his staff, especially the girls. Talks down to them a lot and seems very sexist because with the guys he is really friendly however with the girls he is constantly making side comments and trying to bring them down.
It's a pricey burger for its size, but being able to really customize it was quite good. I liked the taste. It was the experience that sort of turned me off. The employee took my order with no friendliness. I tapped to pay. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged 20% for a tip — BEFORE I tasted or even recieved my food. Having worked in the service industry, I have no issues paying for customer service. But no one came to my table to take my order, I went up the counter. The same for the bill. No one brought me my food, I went up to go get it. No one refilled my drink. I did all that. No one checked on me, no one cleared my plate. All these components of customer service were all actually done by me. Other than a 30-second transaction and being handed an empty cup, the staff did nothing in terms of service. But to automatically be charged a 20% tip??? (Why is tipping even an expected option in an establishment that offers no servie?) Sorry, I was turned off enough that it soured my whole experience. I won't be back.
Ridiculously expensive! A five dollar shake looks like a toddler cup!!! French fries are very good and the burgers are so so and the wait was unusually long when there were only two other customers. The employees don’t greet you or even smile!!! Won’t be going back!!
