I came in at the drunk rush Friday or Saturday night, not quite sure which lol, right before closing and it was packed with a huge line. I almost didn't stop but I'm glad I did. I've never seen a McDonald's move more smoothly. I was able to order and get my food in less than 10 min and the line was stretched out to the road. Got handed my food by what looked like the manager. Pretty Hispanic lady I'm guessing 30s maybe 40s and she was taking orders and passing em out pretty steady which means her kitchen workers were making it easy for her. It's good to see a good team of workers n what can be done when all are in sync. Very surprised and impressed with this location and luckily I live right around the corner. Thank u guys!!!
To the so call manager in the blue sweatshirt at 5:45PM on 03/29/22, was completely rude and disrespectful. All I had requested is my order to be split which the nice cashier at the window did and what did he get for that berated by the manager and saying you can’t split order because now her line is backed up (not busy at all) and continued to yell loudly at him with the window open , I then explained I was the one who requested the order be split and she really tried to speak to me crazy, as well to talk down to me like a child which I am certainly not. No wonder these places have high turn over who wants to work for people that will talk down to you. Worst experience at this location thus far.
After a long spring break trip down to bandera Texas I ordered dinner for my family to the mobile app. Arrived picked up my order went home all the food was good everything was good except I was missing an item. Today I went back to the store and with the little bit of proving that I actually bought my food from there they replaced the item without much hassle. Food from this store is always cooked fresh and called he's always good.
we order a two big macs and a number 4a and they messed that so we went back. So they took the extra food and gave us our food only to find out that they gave us 1 drink and one fries. this is not the first time this has happened I just wish they had let us keep the extra food. or just gave us our order .
It was good a little slow. They did hire somebody that had a disability she was old and her voice was like cracked up and stuff you can barely understand what she was saying so I would say that they shouldn't put somebody like that at the cashier area but oh well?♀️. overall good taste like McDonald's
Easy to order through the app. Order was fast and accurate. I would give it 5 stars, but McDonald's is ot the best food IMO. But my kid wanted it... ?♂️
The food is good, fast service, however the only reason anyone goes to McDonald's is for the fries! The fries are ALWAYS soggy, cold, and gross. They are NEVER crispy or fresh.
What can I say about McDonalds that already hasn't been said. They're fast and polite and 200 Happy Meals later, my 4 year old still loves this place!
Fries were cold for the 2nd visit in a row. Kid ran his hands thru his long hair then put the food in the bags. Not cool.
This McDonalds is hit or miss on the food. A lot of time the fries are cold. They mess up orders a lot. I know places are short staffed but you can at least get orders right. You might as well not order on the app and do curbside because you will be the last to get your food. I waited 12-13 minutes this morning and finally had to go in and get my food. I watched a lot of cars go through the drive thru and get their food after I checked in curbside.
