I ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and both of them were raw inside. Tried calling the number listed online bc I didn’t receive a receipt with my curbside order, and of course nobody answered. I will be contacting the health department in the am.
0 STARS - 0 STARSNEVER AGAIN IN THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.Hardly ever go out, we come & eat on a Friday afternoon. Workers dragging trash all over the lobby while guest are eating, tacking it out thru the kitchen, spilling trash as they go by. On top of all this while the manager is looking & laughing like its a funny thing.
we did not get all of our food called spoke to the manager what a joke she said just come back an get the food No get the order right first we will not be going back sorry lazy people they all need to be fired
Went through the drive-through tonight was very disappointed because the management staff is horrible they pretty much threw my food at me And then Tried to tell me I didn't pay for my food when I used the mobile app my order went through Talked to both managers on duty but they both could care less of what I had to say. I even tried showing them my bank statement they were both very very rude they should not be in the customer service industry at all We'll never be back to your all's location even though it's the closest one to me
I don't ever leave reviews however this needs to be shared. I have frequented this location for a few years now, and have run across the usual of missing food or long wait times. However, I've never had an issue is this large. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal got halfway through the hamburger patty and this is what was found. The burger is not even cooked. It is going to be hard for me to go back and trust this location. Here's hoping I don't get sick.
I asked my McDonald’s when they would have inside dining again and the manager told me that they are never opening inside dining again. He said the profit is so high with the drive through and you don’t need to hire many employees. That was 2 weeks ago and my last time I will ever eat at a McDonald’s again.
I swear the employees came from Chick-fil-A. They were fast , super friendly, and my food was hot! This is a not the expectation from McDonald's. Good job guys!
Order food a little after 5am and was giving the wrong order. Took back to them and the service was rude and uncalled for. I had been to the location on walnut creek a few times and service was just down right rude every time. This time the manager Sarah took my order back made it right but she didn't speak a word to me or even say sorry for the trouble.. just gave me my food and slammed the window shut. I won't be back to this location again.
McDonald's, at best, is average. The food is okay, delicious at first, but will definitely leave you hungry. They get orders wrong here a LOT, which has downgraded their buisness. I will say that their prices are great, but they're slowly increasing. It's up to you, but the ups and downs of this McDonald's are about even.
