Had the French Dip. It was dry and grainy. AU jus so salty could barely eat it. Caesar dressing also crazy salty. Potato salad was the only thing good except the price. Have always liked McAlisters so was a little disappointed,
We went here for the first time just the other day. The sandwiches are pretty tasty…definitely a step up from a Subway. They weren’t very filling though and for the price, not really worth it. If you’re going to get a side and a drink, I recommend the chips because the other sides came in really small plastic cups and although they tasted good, there just wasn’t much there. The soda cups were very generously sized, but couldn’t be easily refilled. When we initially were ready to order, one of the older ladies in back was barking orders at the young kids up front and no one was manning the registers. While we stood there waiting, a line formed that went all the way to the door. Eventually one of the girls turned around and just walked away from the group to start taking our order. After ordering, we noticed that one of the tables had something spilled all over it that looked like vomit but was probably soup. A fellow customer eventually covered it in napkins after no one came to clean it. We were pleased with the quick service as our food came out promptly, however one of the four orders was wrong and it was one which had been modified according to a dairy allergy so we had to send it back and wait for them to fix it. While we were there, they proceeded to get at least one thing wrong in every order after ours. Every single group of diners had to walk to the counter and return something to have it fixed. One thing I do have to say though, the staff was endlessly polite about the mistakes and fixed them as quickly as possible. All these mistakes were costing them time to get behind on the line of new orders though. I think we will probably go elsewhere next time even though it was not bad food. The bathrooms were accessible to everyone. I didn’t go inside to see if they were clean. I can say they had the AC cranked up nice and high which was a welcome relief from the triple digit heat.
The music is WAY too LOUD!!!. The service was terrible. Had to go ask where my sandwich was. The portions have gotten smaller. The workers have attitude. Need to take lessons from the Highlands McAlister's---much better in all regards. I will start driving the extra distance to go to Arlington.
The most horrible experience I've ever had at McAlister's. My daughter sandwich was supposed to be Italian. Don't know what it was. Salad must have been frozen. So cold I couldn't easy it. That little black thing was unknown. Nasty nasty nasty. NO GODDESS DRESSING. Had to use ranch.. Didn't even have the energy to take it back. ????? And box is definitely smaller than Shreveport. Let me be clear. This is Mansfield Texas. Not Shreveport LA.
Hard working managerSpends a lot of time picking up the dinning roomTime might be better served looking after quality of foodMy sandwich was cold even after requesting it to be hot in the center considering i mentioned the last time was cold as wellBesides that it was fresh and fair in size
All thanks to God Almighty for bringing a reliable woman like Mrs Kathy Crypto Fx. At first, when I started seeing posts about her I thought she was like other fraudsters but I decided to give her a trial with $1000 as my start up capital to see if I can trust her and to my greatest surprise I received my payment when it was due for withdrawal, not just once but repeatedly so I highly recommend to those out there looking for a reliable account manager. The sweet tea is outstanding. I usually get a loaded bake potato. I have tried the pasta and chicken and it is pretty good. The cookies are not too bad for a dessert. They get pretty busy a lunchtime.
This is the worst location. Worst service and worst quality of food. Wanted a quick snack so I called in the most simplest thing- nacho basket. The queso was burned and old.. and.. chunky bits in it. Don’t ask me what I’m talking about because I can’t even tell you. All I know is that it tasted like chili (obviously it wasn’t chili though hah) and looked brown (burnt). Went to the drive up to avoid getting out in the cold and rain but had to go inside anyway to return.. gosh. Can’t even come here for four minutes without being disappointed.
I had the choose two with the French dip and Caesar Salad. The food was decent. For $10 the French Dip could have a little more meat. The salad had some old lettuce in it. The worse part of my visit was the young lady at the register was very rude. I asked if the Caesar dressing was in there and her reply was I don’t know I didn’t pack it. Didn’t even offer to check. My first visit to this location and it certainly doesn’t make you want to come back.
This is one of my favorite places to get lunch. Yummy sandwiches, fresh fruit and the desserts are always good. Order online and pick up at the drive thru window to save time.
