I went to the store on Debby lane in Mansfield. I was told my pizza would take 25 to 30 minutes. At 45 minutes I asked about my pizza. I was told it would be out un a few minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and asked again. I was then told that it was just put in the oven. I spoke with the manager and she said she would check on it. She walked away to serve people who ordered at least 30 minutes after I came in. After another 15 minutes she said that they were browning the bottom. I asked how much longer. So once again I asked how much time. She said 3 minutes. Once again I waited and they brought my pizza out. The manager told me to hold on they hadn't given me my creamy Italian dressing and walked off again serving people who ordered after I had. I finally walked up to the counter and asked if they would just get my creamy Italian so I could leave. When I got home the pizza was not even warm and still doughy. They made no effort to make it right.
Ordered 3 pizzas. Two came out on time. We water about 10 minutes for the other one. We were finally told water was spilled on it and had to be remade. When it came out, it looked and tasted like it was thrown together. We had to ask before we were told what the problem was. We waited 50 minutes for the final pizza was served from when we ordered.
We love Mamas. Well did...Ordered online. Got to the store and they couldn't find my order, then found it, said "I need to get my manager" he did something on the computer then told the girl to tell me it will be 15 minutes. I was standing right there. He could have told me. That's fine, but no one said even "sorry", nothing, pretty crummy service. I would have left but my daughter would have lost her mond. So I'll order elsewhere or drive to the N Arlington store, or go to Trios that was suggested and is right down the street.
We will not be back. My parents and I both bought pizza yesterday and both had the text deal. I was charged correctly and they were overcharged almost $20 bucks. They did not give me the receipt nor was I asked if i wanted it for My parents order when I went to pick both of them up. My mom called today to see about making it right since they were charged the same price for 2 pizzas as I was charged for 3. The manager I believe named Jeff? He basically said without a receipt nothing can be done. Well a receipt would have been great if they would have given it to me. Pizza is amazing, but that is not the right way to handle this situation in my opinion.
Our order had not been placed in the oven when we arrived. I ordered 30 minutes in advance. I wouldn't have complained, as the pizza tasted good, but the staff's blase attitude towards us annoyed me. So good pizza but they don't care if they screw up and happily take your money before informing you about their error. Next time, I'll go elsewhere.
Terrible experience. Placed our order at the store to dine in and we had to ask for our drinks after waiting 10+ minutes. Then we waited over an hour for our pizza while we watched people that got there after us finish their food and leave. Had to walk back up there and ask them when our food would be ready and the pizza was sitting in boxes in the back. The guy lied and said the pizza just came out of the oven but I assure you my pizza was there for a while because my pizza was cold.
They have changed alot since opening here in mansfield.. Numerous times I've ordered their Italian salad. Use to it was the best. omg the last few times the lettuce is old and soggy and nasty. I've always called and called the owner nothing changes Shame on me for believing it would be different. Pizza was dry and hardly no sauce. We have spent alot of money here, No More!! So if you want to chance it for disappointment then get your pizza here or salad. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! WORST SALADS AND PIZZA EVER! JUST DISAPPOINTED IT TOOK ME SO LONG!
Great tasting pizza. Terrible service. 3rd time in a row they were over 15 minutes past promised ready time for pickup. No offer to make it right whatsoever.
First time at Mama's Pizza and I was very impressed with the classic's designed..food was very fresh and delicious. Services was very polite and helpful..we had wings with buffalo med sauce and it was delicious !! I will return to Mama's pizza again..stop by and give it a try..
Always great pizza. We are regulars here and dine-in at times and takeout a few times a month if not more. We love both thin crust and their traditional. We are always sure to order extra so we can enjoy leftovers. It is great all over again after popping into our air fryer.
