Ordered the chicken and gyro meat plate where it clearly states double meat on the menu. We had to end up ordering extra gyro meat a la carte because it couldn’t even feed one person. We got the extra meat and it was more than the original plate had that’s supposed to have “double meat”. And it was half the price. Very disappointed by this.Also emailed the email in their reply below a few times and no one ever replied lol. So taking my star down a notch

I ordered the Mother’s Day special on May 8. I placed the order on the app at 3:30 pm for a 5:15 pm pick-up. I got there and was asked to wait 10 minutes, so no big deal. 45 minutes later the food was finally ready, most of it was not warm any more having sat on the counter top as they made up a salad (which was not terribly good, definitely not worth the wait). The place seemed well-staffed, just not able to get organized enough to get the food out in a timely manner. The food, for the most part, tasted nice and the family enjoyed it, but oh, that wait.
Wife did take out order chicken gryo and beef/lamb gyro. Chicken under seasoned and beef/lamb burnt and bitter. Meal sucked. Froze it and told manager next time I pass by I will bring it back. They did offer to comp me on next visit but I don't think that will happen. How can you feel good about sending out sub par food.☹☹☹
40 minutes for two gyros and an order of fries. The confirmation email said 20 minutes. Cooks and cashiers argued the whole time I was in the shop.
Food is average, never been bad or great. Two stars because service is always slow here. Waited 25+ minutes for our order today though as they prioritized to go orders, usually 15-20 though. Prices are high for the amount and quality.
Gyros are weak. Will never go back
I had an amazing experience, the cashier Roxy was very helpful. I ordered the Santorini Chicken and it was cooked to perfection and tasted great! I will definitely be back soon.
Location is usually good. Today was not. See photo for skimpy $8 sampler platter. Lots of carrot, not much hummus. Gyro plate meat was blackened, hard. Gave it to dogs. Rice was good.
Consistently gets to-go orders wrong and overcharged for food we didn’t get. The food itself is sub par and unauthentic. The meat and vegetables are either burnt or uncooked. If you want authentic Mediterranean food with quality service go to Istanbul grill in Arlington or gyro stop right down the road.
