LOOK AT YOUR ITEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE.The first time I order from this place, they got my order wrong. I didn’t complain or anything and gave them the benefit of the doubt since people make mistakes. I gave them another chance and order online, pick up my item. Got home to realize I’m missing half of my order AGAIN. And I wasn’t missing like 1 or 2 item, I’m talking about HALF OF EVERYTHING I ORDER. And now I’m hearing other people have the same problem. They doing this shet on purpose to save money because how is it possible to keep missing orders
Horrible, don’t know why I tried them again! I won’t make that mistake again. Ordered 4 pc dark meat with drumsticks only, rec’d one and 3 white pieces.Fries weren’t even to the top, two lemonades were water only, not a trace of lemon. I rated them on the address on my receipt, requesting a call from the Mgr over 4 days ago….NO response! Ugh
This place is shady. I read all these reviews and people said the place didn't put enough chicken on their big bucket to go order and I thought to my self "that wouldn't happen to my combo order". Guess what. Not only didn't they gave the 3 piece grilled chicken I ordered online, they subbed with only 2 pieces original. If they got away with more orders without the complaints, cost saving right there!! Count your chicken before leaving the place
Prices have gone up quite a bit. What was once a $5 Fill-up for two pieces, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw is now about $7. But at least they had chicken this time. A couple months ago I went there and they had no chicken. The Diet Coke tastes like Dr. Pepper, though, so beware. They will swear to you it’s Diet Coke, but it’s not. The tubes that funnel the syrup to the fountain outlet are probably mixed up and they refuse to check it out. I haven’t ordered Dr. Pepper to see if it tastes like Diet Coke.
So this subject written on the door should also allow carry out. Tried to order online, KFC website is so convoluted it was a complete waste of time. I didn't want to waste fuel or spend thirty minutes in the drive thru. Which is why I wanted too walk in until I see this door. Come on KFC Mansfield, Tx. we are beyond mandates complete fail. So twenty five minutes in the drive thru and wasted fuel idling. This is usually a great store, but the fact I can't walk in to order carry out is a deal breaker. We have evolved beyond all mandates, and KFC needs to catch up.
Asked for a 16 peace drum stick and they said ok. Got home with mixed. Not so much a problem even though I would have paid more for what I wanted. The chicken has no flavor at all. Tastes like they added no salt or seasonings. If this is the new recipe burn it and go back to how it used to be.
When I arrived to pickup my mobile order they told me it would be another 20 mins. It actually took 30 mins and they almost gave me someone else's order. On the plus side the food was delicious.
Spent $57 bucks here and went home to find out I was missing the 10 piece chicken and coleslaw, fries and drink. Went all the way home then opened the bag to hungry children with half my order missing, tried to call no answer, pulled up to the store and lobby was locked and 4 other customers were outside upset because they were missing half their order. Come on you can do better? People are working, need to feed their family and deal with bad service, no drinks because no cups? Please be up front at the drive in I would of kindly and quickly took my business somewhere else. So disappointing, writing this as I wait outside for my order. I pulled up at 7:30pm its now 8:30 and I'm back waiting on my order.
I live in Alvarado and went to kfc in Mansfield ordered a 16 piece family meal , which is 2 mash 1 cole slaw and 1 Mac and cheese. Well they gave me my bag through the window and said thank you . So I left home to Alvarado, got home to feed my family of 7 and what do you know the chicken bucket had 7 pieces of chicken lol that’s it’s 7 pieces of chicken , no biscuits so I’m like wow ok we did get all sides . So I called and spoke to Shay and Shay said I’m sorry about that when Can you come and pick up your meal , we will refund you or give you a 16 meal pieces . I said well I live in Alvarado so it won’t be till Saturday , she ok bring your receipt , I said ok so yesterday I called them and them , so the Shay girl answered and told her I spoke to her a couple a days ago on my order and she said that’s funny I have been to work I just came in today . I said well then there another Shay there she said . Well I told her my situation and guts what she only wanted to give me 9 pieces of chicken and the biscuits that were missing she said she never said she would give me a full meal and blahhh I said never mind and hung up . Very un profesional KFC service sucks never going there again
Food is great ?.Inside seating is always closed and drive up is to slow to service you.Need Inside seating or I'll go to sonic across the street.
