Manager’s name is Corey. Today was not Freaky Fast. When my order had not arrived 45 minutes later, I was upset. My lunchtime was over. I had called three times looking for a return on my money and was not offered anything more than excuses for short staff. Customer Service is important to me. Jimmy John’s Mansfield, how disappointed I was in the way I was dealt with today. I feel as though I was being laughed at on the other side of the phone. This place is always my fave go to.I won’t do this, again.
Just like a previous review, the girls inside were closed when I arrived at 9:15. If I cant trust the hours on the website I wont be going out of my way to drive here anymore.
So I pull up to the store it closes at 10. The lil girl at the counter looks at me pull to a parking space runs lock the door and goes back behind the counter to watch me get oht my truck and walk to the door then she puts her head down.... What the hell....Make it so bad im in a tow truck and its 9:20... Why they close so early
This is the lettuce that you get with a lettuce wrap/unwhich!?!?....after waiting 13 minutes just to order....the lowest quality is given....JIMMY JOHN DO BETTER!!!
The only thing that could make Jimmy Johns better is if, for once, they could get an order right. Three of the last three orders have been wrong…how do you guys stay so consistent?

Had the Cuban sub. Y'all really need to put meat on those things. 3 little pieces of ham just don't cover what you're charging people

This particular store has continuously declined! They advertise freaky fast but this store is freaky slow! Very frustrating! The last 3-4 orders have been 1.5 hours +!!!Today, I called to place an order and a man who answered the phone greeted me with “hello”? I thought I had the wrong number? Then, after another hour and a half wait, I called back and the same person, who shouldn’t be in the customer service industry answered “um hello”? Totally the worst service I have ever received! Too bad to I enjoy the product! Won’t go back to this business ever! By the way, this time my order arrived 10 min shy of 2 hours!
