Placed order on the app and showed up at the time it told me to and the woman said we don't have any online orders, didn't even check the computer. Continued to help another customer. Then she finally went over to the register and asked my name, told her, she said oh yeah it is here. The printer didn't print it.. then I waiting 15 more minutes for them to make my sandwich. Definitely disappointed!
Didn't know they had hot sandwiches now but I'll trying one out soon enough.
First time I had ever been but I will definitely be going back. Food was great and the staff was very friendly .
As always, great! Even though there was a bit of a line, the wait time was good. Keep in min, it was lunchtime for people.

I've been coming to this Jersey Mike's almost every Tuesday since they opened the doors. The excellent staff know my order by heart and prepare it perfectly every time. We are so incredibly lucky to have a JM's in our small town. I am a regular #7 on white and I have it my way (sorry, Mike)!!! See y'all next week :)
I have been a customer of this Jersey Mike’s for close to a year now. Always a nice quality sandwich. Not anymore. This place has gone downhill over the last few months. They have cut back on all ingredients. I guess inflation. Just a plain sandwich now! I’ll try other stores.
