I’ve never called in a pick up order so I am not familiar with the process. I grabbed my two bags of chips and my drink and was about to walk out and the girl at the counter in a very accusatory and rude tone said “you can go ahead and put the other chips back now” as if I was trying to steal. I had no idea they already added chips to my bag. I apologized and she just stood there with her cold look on her face. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Love therselves.. Used to work next door to them at the bike shop in Point Pleasant and had many subs there.
It's always a hit and miss whether or not your sandwich will be done correctly. My husband and I ordered on the app one night and when we got home the meats were mixed up between our sandwiches. Another time I asked to leave off all veggies and of course get home and it has everything on it.
I come here 2 times a week and order 2 to 3 sandwiches and never have a problem when the gentleman makes my sub but today I order a giant and she puts on 4 pieces of roast beef. So I say why are you putting a little amount she gives me an attitude then charges me 2.95 for 2 more pieces of meet this is the. Last time i step in this place she was a poor employee that needs to learn her job and portion size I paid 43 dollars for a piece of bread and 6 pieces of meet
This place is not too bad to eat it's just the bread so doughy maybe they should get more of tortillas or more selection than than a sandwich
I never go to this location on Debbie Lane, because not only are they super slow, they also manage to make subpar sandwiches. I ordered through their app tonight for the first time, and boy do l regret it. Both sandwiches included items I'd requested to hold, they were so dry I had to use mayo & mustard at home to make them edible. Never had issues with the Arlington location through Doordash app.
Jersey Mike's is a little piece of home. The #13 Italian is my go to if I'm craving a superb sammy.
My Hubby got the Philly Cheesesteak and he thought it was delicious!
I came in tonight I just want to say great work crew on the night shift!!! Was greeted as soon as me and my husband walked in ,we haven’t seen this great of customer service sense the pandemic started. Also not to mention the #13 mikes way is the only way. I really appreciate the whole crew for giving us a great dine in experience definitely will be coming back!!
