I just sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes after placing my order at the Mansfield location. I called to speak to the manager to ask the person in front of me to move so that I could get out of line. I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. Finally the person in front of me drove off. When I pulled up to the window, there was no one in the drive thru area so I went inside. I complained to the manager Mitzi and she gave the same excuse for poor service (not the first issue) as always. She said they are short staffed. She gave the name of the owner and email address to send a complaint. She seemed eager to give it to me so I’m not sure if it’s the correct information. It doesn’t take but a second to let customers know they will have to wait an hour in the drive thru for a sandwich and soup so they can go somewhere else.
I have always liked the salad bar. We went there for dinner tonight. There was hardly any lettuce left, so I just thought I'd get a little more on my next trip to the salad bar, once they filled it. I took my plate back and was informed that since covid, only one trip allowed to the salad bar. I saw nothing that mentioned this! The muffins were hard, and I watched several people go up there and take things off the salad bar that didn't even purchase a salad. If I'd known only one trip was allowed, I would have waited. Hard muffins, no longer have those mixed nuts, and the soft serve ice cream was grainy. Very disappointed.
This is one of the most disgusting jasons we have ever been to and we won't be back, was there today at 3 o'clock and every Table was dirty and still dirty after all the time we sat there Ordered guacamole toast and it was so disgusting so we ordered another one and they didn't even bother doing the guacamole right just big chunks and the big girl that works there had a attitude, but they weren't packed with people there was nobody in line, about 3 other tables had customers, but all the tables were filthy.And the salad was not stocked, we had to keep asking and asking for it to be stocked. No muffins. What they need is new management!!! Like I said we love Jason's , but not this location!!! Oh yes , VERY NASTY, a worker was making a salad for someone in a Togo box,she was putting g the salad in and was looking on a paper to see what was needed, then she leaves the container open and goes off to do something, while other customers were reaching over it to get their salad, finally she comes back and proceeds to finish it. Talk about nasty. And management or whoever responds to comments DON'T even need to say they will make it right because we'll never go back to this location, if they didn't care how they handled food where people could see,What do they do in the back?
Did a drive thru today at Jason's Deli Mansfield and the voice on the other end made my day! Shout out to KAYLA!!! You were polite, patient and very professional. I could hear the smile in your voice and i thank you for such an amazing drive thru experience
The food was good as always. I had the salad bar. Be aware that now you are only permitted to have one trip to the salad bar when you order salad only. I wanted to go back for their pudding, but was told I could not. The cashier did not inform me of this new policy and there were no signs stating it. The manager rudely walked away and did not allow me the second trip eventhough it was their mistake. The remaining employees were very nice and again, the food was very good. The manager ruined my visit.
Great service and good quality food and I love the ice cream.
Calling in curbside order on hold for 10minutes. Hung up, called back thinking they forgot. The response was, I need to put you on hold. I was just on hold for 10minutes, she stated she has customers waiting and put me on hold again, this time 4 minutes. Please take customers in order, phone or in person, not at your convenience. Does customer service mean anything? Where is the training, where is courtesy, where is common sense?
I absolutely love Jason's Deli in Mansfield Texas! I am never disappointed. I like to butter and pan grill my hot or cold sandwiches extra, which make them even better. The spicy giardiniera is spectacular on any sandwich. The build your own salad bar is one of my faves, along with the pastrami sandwich on rye with lettuce, tomatoes, giardiniera, mayo and onion. I love that you can make it your own. Just try your favorite sandwich (with your choice of bread) dressed up your way...yum! I could go on but you just have to try it!
Great food. We loved it.My husband and granddaughter 1st visit and they both said it better than they expected. They both want to come back.
Very consistent, they have a wide variety of soups that are excellent. Great Ruben, French dip, salads, loaded baked potatoes salads and more + a decent childrens menu. The Mansfield 287 Frontage has a drive thru which most Jason's deli don't have not fast food low calorie and 2 vegetarian soups excellent for quick quality lunch or dinner reasonably priced!
