Pulled through the drive through to order dinner and was asked to please hold and they would be back to get the order. After 10 minutes we believed we had been forgotten so we yelled out hello to get someone’s attention and received a answer if yeah! After stating we have been waiting for 10 minutes her answer was yes we are busy! We decided that was the time we needed to exit the drive through as you really did not deserve us as customers!
0 stars if possible , I went on July 3d and the staff was outside recording near by fireworks ! OUTSIDE RECORDING it was around 9 ish and I went tru the drive thru and they just stared and so I asked “ are y’all taking orders “ and this girl had the nerve to say “no” and I asked when will they and she said “ when the fireworks are over “ aren’t they getting paid to serve ? I’ve been a loyal customer I went during working hours and it wasn’t even 4th of July yet ! They should be doing that on their off day . All other fast food places around had their employees inside working not outside recording if y’all are doing that and manager is ok CLOSE THE STORE IT WAS OPEN
After paying 22.76 cents for two combo meals that didn’t come wit cheese . I the also was give old fries in my large container under new fries that only filled the top. The burgers barley consisted of any condiments. Gave me a dry burger to choke on. Waited in line for a meal that was half put together. Called the store no one answered . Then go back up there like is long again. Worst service ever in Mansfield texas so far . I didn’t get my money worth for my meal. WORST SERVICE EVER.. All ram by teenagers who don’t care about the food at all. Poor quality of food they are serving and poor quality or service to the customers. I suggest finding another jack in the box because this one is not it. You will be wasting your money people . Trust me … I will tell my friends and neighbors.

Great customer service and food but they were out of egg rolls and the shake machine wasn't available so I had to order stuff I didn't go there for. That good good sauce was alright I wouldn't get it on my chicken sandwich again though.
This location is very good. The food is always delicious, and the drive thru is pretty speedy. I wanna give a shoutout to a guy by the name of G, he is a very good worker and very responsible and always fixes my order if there is a mistake.
Every time I come here around 11:45pm after work they say there machine is down or they can only take DoorDash or Uber eats orders at the moment. They really need to update there system
Horrible, every time they forget at least one item. If you order 2 or more orders of something like churros, there is always one or two missing out of the pack.They get every single order wrong ever single time I go there. I ask for loaded tiny tacos, they’ll give me regular tiny tacos.You’ll walk in with a smile to exchange or get an order corrected and you’ll leave with a frown because of their attitudes, like you’re bothering them for screwing your order up. They are disrespectful and they don’t know how to work a fast food place.
Food is fine, but service is not consistent. Last visit got my husband's order all wrong and we didn't notice until we got home. Too far to go back.
Best onion rings ever. Love the tacos. Terrible chicken strips.
