Soo I ordered using Uber. And chose to pick up my order. Per the app instructions it specified to park at an allocated parking spot call and a server would bring my order out due to Covid 19 regulations. I’m also kinda not feeling well and am taking a test when I get home. Soo I call once it’s says it’s ready as I’m parking. The manager picks up and I told him my name and I asked him to bring it out to me… the guy seemed confused and said no he would not do that. So I told him that this is what the Uber app instructed me to do… he firmly said no you can come inside to pick up your order extremely rude manner and hung up the phone. After that I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food nor going inside to get it considering I had symptoms of covid. So I called Uber and canceled the order simply for him being a jackass and total refusal to accommodate me by following the app and not to mention we are still in a pandemic. I used to come here a lot. I will never order here again. The guy clearly hates his life and I kinda feel sorry for him… no not really he definitely deserves this kinda life. Anyway ihop you need to retrain this location on pandemic related services. They seem to be unaware that we are still dealing with this virus and some people that maybe sick would need to be able to get what they need without risking others in the process.
If i could give zero stars that's what I would choose. My wife and I went here fairly late so it was not busy at all when we got seated. The service was absolutely horribly awful, Our waitress was so very slow and uncaring, she put zero effort in being our server. We ran out of our drinks rather quickly and sat with empty glasses for a good 20 minutes while trying to wave at her to get her attention. The face expression she gave when we asked for something was none short of disgust as well as being inconvenienced by us asking for something. When our food was brought to our table the eggs were already cold and not cooked the proper way we requested. We agreed we would not leave a tip for this awful service, but when she realized we were paying with a card and there was no money on the table she then literally hung over our shoulder to see if we wrote a tip, so feeling of guilt and pressure of her uncomfortable lingering had us writing in a very small $3 tip. She did not even deserve a dollar, but the good side got the better of me. We will never go back to this place. Another thing is that they slam dishes around very loudly, especially the bus boy, when cleaning off the tables he would slam them in the bucket. Just overall a very unpleasant experience at this location.
The store smells like sewage and the bathroom is always dirty idk who hired this old man but he’s very slow the old man that works morning shift needs to retire I found hair in my food I seen a roach crawl under the table and a server came and killed it and left it there NASTY NASTY PLACE on top of that they’re always out of things the, cooks are very disrespectful to the servers and complain about making food this so the worst ihop ever 0/10 do not recommend. Update: let’s talk about how those managers talk to those poor employees I don’t know why that white lady with the glasses think she is but she looks and acts she needs further training. I watched her yell at one of her employees just for asking for help. I watched a waitress get yelled at for asking for new pancakes. She yelled at the girl and told her to get it together even though the cooks gave them to her like that.
very bad service, very bad attention, dirty menus with sauce and food, we asked for lemonade for my children and a glass seems to have been forgotten... I ordered food accompanied with bread and the bread arrived about 10 minutes after finishing eating. .. .. I am a traveler and this is the worst ...
Food was good and hot. I had a to go order of pancakes. The container was deep like a bowl which caused the pancakes to fall apart . They need a flat type container for pancakes
Had a bad experience with racism. Another customer that witnessed what happened yelled at management and explained everything. She told us she'd follow up with corporate. No one came over to check on us, talk to us, apologize or acknowledge the situation. Will not return.
Walked in on a busy Saturday to meet with a client for brunch and we were seated right away. Great food/service and friendly staffs.

Gene is amazing!! He was the host, the waiter, the cook and cleaned the tables. The food was great and he's such a pleasant person!! We will be coming back.
I get staff shortages and the times are rough for every line and I’m grateful to have a place to take family on a weekend breakfast. However I sat in the booth and there was syrup on the back of the seat and everything was dirty from the minute you walked in the doors.
