Mooyah was closed and we'd heard about Hideout so we decided to try them. We should have chosen someplace else. We ordered to go. First, they made our shakes before our food was ready. Nothing worse than a melted shake to go. They asked if I wanted mayo on my Bleu Cheese burger but failed to mention that they put ketchup on it or ask if I wanted ketchup. Who wants ketchup on a bleu cheese burger?? And it was covered in ketchup. It was disgusting, all I could taste was ketchup. I had to take everything off, scrape off the ketchup and still couldn't get it off. The fries were soggy, melted shakes and a ketchup covered burger. Really bad experience. We won't be back.
I ate at Hideout Burgers once before about a year ago, and it was so good, it brought a little tear to my eye. I just finished my second Hideout Burger, and I've found myself misty-eyed once again. If you feel like you need a good cry but dont know how, eat one of these delicious burgers. If it doesnt make you well-up with tears of joy, you need to find religion.

I really liked this place for years, but it's evident that the quality of food is not what it used to be. With all of other burger joints around, I hope the owners step it up a notch. Still better than Whataburger nearby, but heading downhill if they don't make some quick changes. Deserves a generous 3-Stars for cold burgers and soggy fries because I know they can do better.

Got my husband a burger here over a year ago and it was amazing. Came today with him and my son cause I’ve been craving a burger and fries. Asked for extra crispy fries and they were all soft and almost soggy. The burgers were about equivalent of eating one that’s been sitting in a warmer at a tailgate. Didn’t put my jalepenos, ketchup or mustard on it that I ordered and the cheese on the kids’ burger was the fake American cheese that shouldn’t even be called cheese. Tator tots were crispy but nothing over the top. We drove all the way from Midlothian just to eat here and won’t be back.
Got the ghost burger. Had some good heat to it. Staff was friendly.
This was a very good burger joint. I had the Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger. The patty was seasoned well, there was an ample amount of bacon and cheese. It was served hot and fresh. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger and she enjoyed it too. The prices were reasonable and the service was good.
There burgers are so big even the kids meal Burgers are big.t he fountain drinks I would have to give a star off because there's only certain amount of them. But the drink station is cute!
Great burgers, made as you order, loved the sweet potato fries, do not miss out on the strawberry shake, loved it. Took my granddaughter her boyfriend, and hubby out for burgers and found a gem.
