My chicken strips tasted like someone cooked them at home and Golden chick microwaved it and then sold it to me. I’m being brutally honest. I just don’t understand how you can spend 10 bucks on some chicken strips and they be as dry as they were. It upsets me because Golden chick is one of my favorite fast foods and it’s constantly hit or miss. My roll wasn’t cooked through it tasted like raw dough. Chicken strips are supposed to be juicy not dry. This is not the first time. I hope they get it together. I really do.
Food was good but it's always something they're out of.
I just got back to work after ordering lunch at Golden chick paid ten bucks for for my lunch and it's all going in trash from the roll to the fries to the strips has a chemical taste like a cleaning fluid will not attempt to eat it .Won't go back ever disgusting!!! If I could put 0 stars I would!!!

Went thru the drive thru yesterday tueday the 19th of jan at about 5:30 pm. Holly took my order and gave me my food. She has the best attitude. It was so nice to have her take my order. I will be back. Very awesome job...
Customer service was to be commended on this trip to our local GC on Christmas eve. They were very busy, very backed up inside and out in drive thru although I waited 30 minutes for my order it was complete, correct, hot and fresh. Service was considerate, polite and apologetic about the wait even though they were extremely short handed. They stayed professional worked together to fill people's orders as quickly as possible.
I go on my lunch, First an item is left out of my order. Then I get back to work only to realize that instead of gravy for my tenders I was given mashed potatoes. This was not the 1st time they did.
I came in through the drive through ordered my regular meal that I get all the time and ask for a side of pickles but the manager, Angela said they don't sell pickles then i said "well i know you have some because you have a sandwich with pickles but that's okay you can charge me for a drink or anything and just give me a side of pickles" she refused to take my money over some pickles Bc "it is against their policy to sell pickles" which is weird Bc like i said this is always my order. Very disappointed in Angela but definitely won't recommend this location to anyone, very strange "policy".
Ate at this Mansfield location this afternoon for lunch excellent service great food hot and fresh those ladies and cook are fantastic and know what there doing i really enjoyed my big golden sandwich with extra pickles too ?
While this place was extremely busy the service was still good and the quality of the food is always consistently great at this location.
