The food was okay. I just wish they would pay attention what the orders say. I ordered the spicy pork nachos with the cheese sauce on the side. They smothered the chips and pork with cheese. I didn’t bring it to their attention since I had already told the cashier I wanted the cheese on the side, twice. The food at other Fuzzy’s has been better.
We use to love this place. We haven’t been in a while, but tonight sat for almost 45 minutes waiting on food and ended up asking for a refund. Online orders are the priority and the music is way too loud on top of the people at the bar yelling. We should have just stuck with Torchys.

I mean it's ok. I feel like if you have to place your order at a counter it kinda cheapens a place but that's me. Food was good.
The Shrimp taco plate was not good. The shrimp was cold on the taco & the rice had some bits of rice that was hard, while eating the soft rice & the temp was cold. The black beans seem to be better & somewhat warmer....food was just cold...ugh?
The service has recently started t go downhill, I am sure it is due partly to the worker shortage. The last time experience I had we ordered two tacos, a salad and chips. Came home and there were was only one taco and the salad order was wrong. We asked that they heat up the first taco because by the time it would get home, it would have been cold. Both tacos and the queso were cold.
The glasses that our drinks came in were dirty at the bottom inside. They had pieces of stuff stuck to the bottom. Took them back and other glasses were also dirty. They had to wash some to have clean glasses.
I asked for no onions. Receipt says no onions. So when my burrito doesnt just have onions but EXTRA onions i feel like it was on purpose. For what? Idk maybe to be funny? Definitely not funny. Definitely never coming back!
I had the worst experience at this establishment. I frequent there often, but after tonight I probably will never order from here again. I had an online order which I went to go and pick up. The hostess or whatever she calls herself, first tried to give me money as if I was another customer, I guess she just thinks all black people look alike, but then after I tell her my name and that I'm there to pick up an order, she then turns around and helps 3 other people. After standing there for about 5 mins, she turns back to me and asks for my name a 2nd time, and then a 3rd time. By then she finally decides to grab the bag that was sitting on the table the ENTIRE time and gives it to me. Annoyed and frustrated, I get home hoping to enjoy my food only to realize that the order was completely wrong and the bag was soaked and ripped from the tacos that weren't wrapped up fully. Needless to say it was a mess and not enjoyable at all. I call to make a complaint and speak with the same lady who gave me my order for her to tell me that, "There's nothing she can do" as she requested me to drive all the way back to the store to show her what SHE did. She then proceeds to tell me that the the way that I was speaking was a problem, instead of taking accountability for her mistake. The audacity and the nerve of the staff! This place is clearly not customer service friendly. Because they clearly did not care about the poor service that they were providing. I recommend El Primo's Mexican Grill or Qdoba Mexican Eats. They don't disappoint.
