I don't like leaving bad reviews, because I worked retail and stuff happens. Waited in line for over 35 mins with 4 cars ahead of me. The lobby was closed (for the 3rd time in a row). When I finally got to the window the lady who took my order sounded bored. She took 2-3 minutes between me saying one item. When I ordered a sandwich she said the Kitchen was closed (I heard her repeat this to the car behind me). Out of the donuts I wanted. All three employees were dragging their feet when I got to the window. They didn't acknowledge me at all. It's obviously just badly managed.
Young very soft spoken guy had to take my order in the window because I couldn’t hear him on the speaker. They didn’t have any resfreshers at all (which I understand). I Ordered a simple coffee order with a donut & another girl had to confirm my order again after him. My boyfriend gave my card to him before she stepped in and they kept insisting we didn’t give him one. After a few back & forths he realized he DID have the card with him. Then, when handing us the coffee he FORGOT we ordered a donut because we had to ask. I wish I saw the the bad reviews before going. Sucks one person can ruin an experience at a location. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Rude Employees! The employes at this establishment are rude beyond belief. They left their keys in the door. When I asked if they wanted their keys.. the young lady that was serving clapped her hands and yelled "o my gosh". That is a complete sign of disrespect. Never have I ever been spoke to is such a manner at any establishment for trying to he helpful.
I’ve have been going to Dunkin every morning & the last week they have messed my order up at least 3 times. When asked to remake the employee gets grumpy. The remade drinks are very watered down & still not correct.
Sent all the wrong donuts. Ordered 2 glazed,2 plain and 2 jelly. Got 1 blueberry glazed,1 powdered, 1 plain,2 strawberry glazed,1 vanilla glazed.
I saw flies around donuts and when I asked an employee, he tried to kick them with his shoes, bringing his shoes almost touching the donuts. I left review with Dunkin Donut and left my phone number, never got a call or anything. I am so glad I went inside the store than my normal drive through trip, I would've never witnessed this .
Over charged order with things not ordered. Things that were ordered and on the receipt were not what was in the bag. There were children in the store running the store. They were not rude but they did not ever say Hello, thank you, have a good day, sorry we have the order wrong. Just find another food option and skip this location.
I used to love Dunkin until I started coming to this location regularly. They never have my online mobile orders ready. Everytime I order online employees are confused and act as if they weren’t aware of it and I have to wait the same time as any other person on the drive trough which defeats the purpose of online ordering. The croissants are also always burnt which ruin the sandwich and when you order multiple orders of hash browns they are always placed in one large bag with the incorrect amount. Don’t even get me started on the awful customer service and extremely rude the employees. I highly do not recommend visiting this location.
Ordered just a Vanilla Iced Coffee in the drive thru, and was asked to confirm several times what it was both at the intercom and at the window. In the end, I received a normal iced coffee. Not sure how this was so hard.
I love me some Dunkin’ but at least dont make it THAT obvious that you hate your job or the people ordering when you’re taking an order.
